Very hit and miss, if they have more than one customer in there I’d leave. I ordered a bucket of extra crispy and an extra thigh extra crispy to go with it on the app… The lady finally got my order after waiting about 15 min she said we ran out of extra crispy thighs so the extra one is regular. I said ok one piece of original is ok. She walked off I left I got home and none of it was extra crispy. Had I of known that I would have got any of it. Waste of money that trip.

We came through the front door that was broke and a girl behind the counter yelled at me to close the door. She was rude, literally as soon as we walked in. She was outside smoking when we left and was giving me a rude stare. I explained to her I had been in management and knew that it was inappropriate to yell at customers and to fix their own facilities issues. Her response was that I should learn how to read in reference to the sorry make shift sign they put out ordering customers to close their broke door for them. I told her she was beyond rude and as the customer this was unacceptable. It would never happen at Chick Fillet that’s for sure. I asked then to speak to the store manager. He was also unapologetic and dismissive and pointed to the sign. After I explained my main concern was the disrespect and rudeness he dismissively said I will address it with her and took off. No apology, nothing. Yelled at and dismissive attitude for justifiably complaining. Terrible experienceGET YOUR DOOR FIXED ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY!

My husband came through drive through and ordered a bucket of chicken Cole slaw Mac and cheese and chicken tenders was told everything was in bag paid 59.90 and didn’t get the tenders found out when he got home tried calling numerous times and no answer.

Come on guys you can do way better than this. I ordered some hot wings, used to really enjoy them. These were probably under the lamp for most of the day. I would’ve waited for a fresh batch, these were not edible, threw them out, burnt and meat was like leather.

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve eaten at staff was very unprofessional. Eat at your own risk in all I’ve had missing food, food that had obviously sat out all day and even a sandwich that looked to be smashed together. Never going back to eat here… good luck.
