Where to begin. The store was dirty. The food, down right nasty! I ordered a nacho bell grande-togo. and ended up with stale chips, old beans that had been sitting for hours, no meat, little cheese, a small glob of sour cream smeared and a few tomato crumbles. Couldn’t take it back, was already home! The only thing positive out of this experience was the cashier Jade. She had a positive attitude and greeted us with a smile. Rare to find nowadays in any customer service department. The atmosphere is dark and dreary.

There’s more of a chance of finding intelligent life in outer space than this Taco Bell. They went out of their way to screw up the door dash order I had delivered. I asked for hot sauce they put in mild, forgot a whole large drink, anything that was ordered chicken was beef anything that was suppose to be beef was chicken, forgot a pinto and cheese, the Chilupa shell I got was older than the location itself. Drive down the road to a different location don’t waste your money here.

Honestly this Taco Bell could use some work. Seems they have pretty high turnaround for workers, as every time I visit there is a new employee training in. They have messed up my order twice now too, though I didn’t say anything as it was workable. Wait times can be long for even small orders, and the food is assembled pretty sloppily. Most of the time my burritos are oozing out of the tortilla onto the wrapper.

Most of the time you hardly have food in your burritos! For the price you are paying your food should be correct! Also it should be spaced out not everything scooped out and you have to open your burrito just to know what end to start at so you aren’t eating the meat all first! Also just ordered the grilled cheese burrito nice to say that when you go to different stores they at least put the cheese all on it correct! Mine was only in the middle section! Being right off I-44 you would think they would want a better rating so people will drive the extra little ways down the road verses McDonald’s and KFC which are just right off the turn off! If your able to stop there first go for it because usually the burrito isn’t this full pic is to show off I didn’t get what I paid for with the very limited amount of cheese on it like they did in the first week now they just don’t care! Like most their other food when it comes to late night ordering! Edit: rice shouldn’t be harder then the red chips! And bottom is busted out and leaked all the last of it out at a 1/3 of the way through!
