First, we need to get one thing out of the way….this is NOT your typical Colorado Mexican/Hispanic/Latino restaurant. If your looking for a serious experience from the barrio, this may just be the place. I’ve never enjoyed a meal that represented the old neighborhood than this. All I can say is to keep your expectations high, and please don’t compare this fair with anything else that Fort Collins has to offer. Yea, it’s that good. P.s. I’m pretty sure it’s all scratch made.

I had to wait for 45 minutes for 3 tacos for an order, the guy at the counter was just talking and laughing with a table, instead of helping his employees with cooking which was already backed up enough. I had to give my order to someone else because of how long they took with my order. And they marked that my order was ready for pickup when it wasn’t. Would not recommend coming here. When I asked how long until the order was ready and he told me that it would take a while.

Ordered for pickup and they were very timely. Breakfast burrito was delicious. Quesadilla had most of the carne asada and cheese towards the middle of the tortilla so some of the bites were just straight tortilla. But once you got to the goodies it was delish!

Been here once, but I don’t think this is the move at all. It might’ve been the people working this day or whatever but the food was not good. Got a chicken quesadilla and they literally threw chunks of chicken breast in with some sauce and NO CHEESE lol no flavor or taste at all just bland chicken. The Horchata was good tho no cap. Would definitely need some real convincing to consider going back here again.

Nice little Mexican restaurant, fast friendly service. Loved the Carne Asada, and the chicken tacos had some great flavor. Will definitely go back for Breakfast Burritos, but didn’t see any Chili for smothering burritos on the menu.

If you are looking for truly authentic mexican food then this is the spot. Emphasis on the authentic, the char of the tortillas, the chips and salsa, the meats… It all feels like an old school joint. The prices are excellent too and they are open late and early!
