The waitress was very nice. There was no wait to be seated or to take our order. My husband got a Dunkel (sp.?) beer–I had a sip and it was super tasty. Then he got the sauerbraten with sides of red cabbage (cold) and spaetzle. I got the German sampler with a schnitzel (perfectly cooked and crunchy, served with lemon), a bratwurst, good German mustard, German potato salad, and warm sauerkraut. Everything was spot-on and super tasty. I was particularly impressed by the spaetzle as I had visited Germany and was really missing it. We would definitely go again!!!

If German food and beer are what you are looking for, this is the place. I love the Weiner Schnitzel, but the Rouladen is a close 2nd. I don’t think there’s anything on the menu that I wouldn’t enjoy. As a litre of good beer and I’m a happy girl. The prices reflect the quality of food and service you receive. Definitely recommend making the drive to dine here.

Such a clean quaint place. The food was hot and so good. Authentic German and Polish cuisine. We drive from sorting all the way here to Black Diamond for lunch and we were not disappointed.

What a random little place. Didn’t expect a German themed eatery in the middle of nowhere so I couldn’t pass it up. While I’m not sure how German is supposed to taste. What I did get ( Rouladen, red cabbage and slaetvk) were super tasty

Moved recently to the neighborhood and glad I came across this place. Loved the food, has a mixture of German and Polish food. The beer is also great. I definitely recommend getting the large size beer. I will be definitely coming back soon.
