It is actually a very nice place, even though it is a typical franchise with an industrial design. The place is very nicely laid out, the design flows and colors gel. The ordering was smooth and the food was prepared very quickly. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The place was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The manager at the location was very courteous and helpful. I see the parking becoming an issue if this plaza gets a lot more traffic. Unlimited free toppings!!!! Enuf said…

I brought my kids (20yo – 6yo) to this Pie Five that just opened. “Craft Pizza” where you can customize your own. So it’s like an assembly line style joint. Pick your crust, sauce, cheese, meat, toppings. Ordered two pans with pepperoni. There were FOUR slices of pepperoni on each pizza. Had I not asked for extra, you’d get a few slices with no pepperoni. “Extra” gives you ONE whole slice of pepperoni on each slice of your pie. Ordered BBQ Chicken Pan Pizza and you get pale chopped chicken the kind that looks like it came out of a can. Two buffalo chicken pan pizzas and when they got out of the conveyor belt oven the last step is putting on garnish toppings, drizzle, magic dust and slicing. I told the guy these are buffalo but he insisted they’re Athenian and proceeded to put feta crumbles and Greek drizzle. My kids said that the touch screen drink machine does not have any carbonated beverages. I told the guy and he says someone’s working on it. There was no one working on it. I heard more customers after me asking what’s up on the no soda in the machine and the same guy acts all confuzzled like “No soda? Are you sure?” Clearly they knew this and continued to sell soft drinks when they should have at least given customers a heads up that the machine is only putting out non carbonated beverages. Now let me get to the crust. One of my daughter’s got traditional Italian crust which was thin but not cracker thin and it was soft. The Pan crusts were thick kind of like Pizza Hut but zero flavor and it didn’t taste at all like pizza dough. The texture was just soft and blah. Tasted like thick white bread. So unsatisfying. Have absolutely no desire to return. For $61 I should have stayed home and had pizza delivered. Pizza that’s actually pizza Shoot even Costco frozen Sabatasso”s would have been better. Hm? Any positives? The mozzarella doesn’t taste bad. If you decide to try this place for yourself, beware of over saucing and don’t feel weird asking for exactly what you want.

tried the 11″ create your own pizza with crispy thin crust. the crust was very unique and thin. they offer a ton of toppings and even after the pizza is cooked you can add cilantro, basil, and cheese too. I like how they have a separate line for vegetarian pizza and for meat pizzas. the pizzas are fairly priced and they have a reward program so you can earn $10 off for every 100 points. they have plenty of seating for everyone. the reason for the 4 star is they only have one place for the cashier and it can get hectic when both lines are trying to pay at the same time. also there is no way to easily distinguish your pizza from someone else’s, maybe they can incorporate a number system like how blaze or pieology does. overall had a pleasant experience

This place is awesome! Great atmosphere and the owners are extremely nice! The pizza possibilities are endless. I built my own pizza and it was amazing! The layers of flavors were great!!! The buffalo ranch sauce had the right amount of spice/heat and maintained the complex flavor of the ranch. The texture of the crust, cheese and toppings on the pizza were perfect! All quality ingredients. Not to mention it only took 5 mins to get the perfectly baked pizza. Do yourself a favor and stop by and grab a pizza!!!

Separate stations for selecting toppings, separate ovens, separate cutting stations… for Vegetarians and non-Veg. Because of that first time I felt comfortable in a Pizza place.

Well its better than cici’ S but don’t compare it with Blaze. Although staff is very polite and responsive and so is the owner. However dough they use tasted not fresh and cheese was too gooey. If they can resolve this, they can become good pizza joint.

Love the concept. Pizza is good and the store is very clean. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because they did not honor their “lunch promo” which I saw on a billboard on route one. The promo calls for a pizza and a drink for $5. When I asked for the promo I was told that the drink is no longer part of the promo. Three weeks later, the same billboard is up stating you can get a pizza and a drink for $5. Misinformed employee or false advertising?

I was actually impressed with this place. I loved the setup and unlimited toppings. It is not the best pizza I have ever had but it certainly did not disappoint. Also, everything here is halal so it was nice to have so many non pork meat toppings as this is always a limitation for me when I order pizza.
