Horrible experience. Went there last time to have an iced shaken espresso and the employee who took the order was nice. Went there today as well but I was charged way more than last time and in my last order I had even had a salted caramel cream cold foam. I talked to the employee about the price difference and she asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager and I said yes. Had to wait 10 min for that because the manager was talking to a friend I guess. I feel being a manager your responsibility is to first address the customer. Then after the manager was done talking she asked me if I had anything and asked her the reason for being charged more this time and the answer was may be the employee last time didn’t charged you correctly. Valid reason but I told her if I order the exact same drink online I am being charged way less than here. Her response was, if you order online you may get the drink in $2 and we don’t have any connection to the online orders. I just wanted to know why I am being charged more but the response she gave me was rude. The drink was also watery and I doubt they put any milk in it. Literally had to throw the drink away as it wasn’t any good. Just a waste of my money and time. I am definitely never going here again. Starbucks, do better!

I stopped coming here for a while because the quality of drinks wasn’t good most of the time. I gave it a try again since I was already in Union for an event. Ordered a tall latte and it was horrible again. Tasted like watered down milk. Very little foam. I guess not every Starbucks is same. The quality of coffee and experience should be managed better here. I truly don’t understand how you can make latte taste like this. I appreciate the fact that we have a Starbucks on campus but won’t come back here again unless there is any improvement.

So I ordered the same drink off the menu, Iced Honey Almond Flat White, at the same location two days in the same week, one on Monday the second on Wednesday, and the drinks were 2 different drinks. The Monday drink looked like a flat white in color and consistency, and it tasted like a flat white. Wednesday I got something totally different. It was watery coffee wit ha splash of milk and tasted like watery coffee. It was almost like they made me the Honey Almond Cold Brew and realized they made a mistake so they just mixed it together. I am very disappointed because this has happened with other things. I hate that I paid for this. 7/9/2021 Update Order a cold brew coffee today. I drank it down to about an inch left and notice something black in the bottom. I looked closer and it was a dead fly. I think I will go to a different Starbucks…

The baristas here are wonderful and nice and love to chat with your about your day and their own day. The atmosphere in this Starbucks is very nice and good for studying, and they generally play some pretty good music. The place is generally very clean and there are ample places to charge your laptop or phone while you’re doing classwork.

Their customer service is horrible. There was no line behind me and when I nicely asked a question about my drink, the overweight lady at the register was so rude and impatient. She was defensive and agitated from the start, even though I was very politely and civilly verifying my drink was made with almond milk(since they put “add soy” on the receipt for all non-dairy milk- but I didn’t know that!). She had a huge attitude, and kept repeating an unhelpful line of “it’s not soy milk” and treating me like I am dumb even though she wasn’t taking the time to explain at all. If I’m paying $5 for a small drink the least you can do is have decent customer service. I understand that you have to deal with basic white girls all day. But if someone is nicely asking a question you should eat your b-word attitude like you do your food, lady.
