I can’t even believe that what I received was an actual pizza pie. When I opened the box I basically found a round bread with tomato sauce and topped with cheese. The dough wasn’t meant for pizza at all and I don’t think they even know that pizza dough is not the same as bread dough. Will avoid at all cost..

This is the worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. There is always an issue when I order from this store. They RARELY make the pizza correct when I order. Mind you I order every Friday!! How hard is it to recognize a name on the screen and know what they’ve been ordering for over a year!! This store has even forgot 1 of my pies at the store!! How do you leave to deliver food with half of an order?! This is by far thee WORST dominos in the chain and I caution everyone when ordering from here!!

Blown away by the kindness of the staff. My pizza was in the oven and i was fasting. The employee asked me if i was fasting and proceeded to set me a plate from his own food so that i could break my fast on time.

Ordered for delivery this evening. Found a baby roach in the box as we were about to dish out the food. NEITHER of the two pizzas we ordered came with a label stating my specific order (toppings, sauces, etc) and address, not to mention one pizza didn’t even have the correct toppings. Who’s to say this pizza wasn’t returned because of an accident on the drivers end and then given to us? Convenient considering these were pizzas redeemed using my points. Keep that in mind when you order from here, if you do.

We placed an order for cinnamon twist they poured a gallon of whatever sauce on it we couldn’t eat everything was fry and cold not eatable pizza popcorn chicken everything was over cooked and dry

I went to pick up my order and I was told by three employees that there’s no order under my phone number. I then show them my order number on my phone, and that’s when they were able to find my order. Nothing is wrong with that we are all human beings and we make mistakes. The problem I have is how bad customer service is at Domino’s. Not one of those employees apologized and furthermore I also order garlic breadsticks and they didn’t even cut them. On my previous order, I ordered baked cinnamon withe the dip and there was only one spoonful of dip in the container.
