I ordered from this place through Uber Eats, but I have eaten here before in the past. I’ll start off with the salad, which by the pictures you can tell is not very appealing… That went straight to the trash, next I had chaufa rice with half chicken, the rice was stale and flavorless, the chicken skin was juicy and tasty, but the meat itself was dry and had no flavor. I also had lomo with Carne as you can see in the picture I had to throw out all the beef because it was impossible to chew. Both the rice in the lomo and chaufa were stale and a few bits clunk together. I just came back from the gym and was very hungry, the protein was calling my name but unfortunately the meal was barely edible. Usually this place is much better. Not sure what happened with my order.

I am ashamed I did not find this place sooner! I visited the one in Haledon 2x in less than a month and I must say the Atmosphere and Food are great…. But what really set this place apart is the Fantastic Service! The moment you walk in, you are treated like family! The servers give you space but are attentive to every need! Can’t wait to bring more of my family and friends to experience the Latin flair and awesome hospitality!

Extremely disappointed in the service. The plates were not brought out together … my brother was almost done with his meal (while i waited 20 minutes) when the waiter came over to tell me my food will be out shortly at that point I just canceled my plate. The point was to enjoy a family meal together. Please relay to your staff the importance of proper customer service.

Haledon location, went there at night with girlfriend, to be fair I had a couple too many and thought I had 3 instead of 4 beers. Immediate rude reaction by waiter to which she made a scene and ran off and asked whom I assumed was the owner the situation to which he just dismissed her and said to charge me for the 3. They charge automatic gratuity because its their “policy” at night from what they told me. Fine with me I still tipped 20% making sure the total was only 20% of the order on the total payment line. Now my issue is that they charged my card for the 20% tip I left along with their automatic gratuity when the total payment line did not state the amount they charged the card. The day after I realized what they did and my mistake so planned to go in and pay for the 4th beer but also to get the difference of the extra tip they decided to charge me and was told I had to go in to receive it in a rude/dismissive manner. Went there and person in charge made a scene asking out loud how much was the refund again multiple times across the room when we had already discussed it through the phone minutes before. Only after I explained that I was there to pay back the 4th beer did she become apologetic.
