Normally I have no issues and I go to this Dunkin quite frequently. The customer service here has been very off lately though. One young, blonde girl who works the drive-thru window (I believe the employee name on the receipt was Hailey) won’t even speak to you. Not a “Hey how are you?” Not a “Thank you have a nice day!” Not even to ask if you want a receipt she just throws it out! Just an awkward and uncomfortable situation. I get people have bad days but this has happened on my past 2 or 3 visits. Its very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I work in customer service so I get it but at least a smile would be nice!

I come to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning before work yesterday morning. I received somebody else’s order some wake up wraps so I stopped in this morning so I don’t know what happened and see if they could just replace my meal and was told that he doesn’t know if I really stopped there and got food and would not replace my order for me. I have never seen such a horrible customer service in my life highly recommend do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and believe it or not. It was the manager I spoke to.

Hands down the best Dunkin Donuts in the city! The long lines says it all. It is because they make coffee excellent. I know some may think, “well how difficult is it to make a coffee?” The reality is it could be very simple to make a coffee but what makes their coffee taste great is their process, their cleanliness, and the consistency. Being a former Manager years back for Dunkin cleaning the machines and calibrations is extremely important for many different products they offer. Not only that, the team knows how to work fast and effectively together to get you in and out as soon as possible.

Love love love Dunkin coffee in the morning. I really don’t think anything in this world is better than a nice hot Dunkin coffee on a crisp morning with a bit of a chill in the air. Just perfection!! I was so sad when they discontinued the Dunkachinno that was my all time favorite I remember the first time I got a one way back in 1999 when my mother stated working at Dunkin and it was my go to for a lot of years very very sad to see it go. I really hope the bring it back even if it is in a limited capacity for a short time every now and again because I really love this things

Although today’s experience wasn’t as good as usual for this location, this is normally a great Dunkin Donuts to stop by. They are usually fast and experienced, especially during early morning hours, but I visited during the late morning this time, which perhaps was after a shift change. It wasn’t busy when I arrived but became busy shortly after I put in my order; typical of these types of take out fast food/coffee shop restaurants.

I swear this is the ONLY Dunkin in Fall River that I will go to! Their customer service is excellent and they never get my order wrong. It’s always up to date with their decor and always very clean. I never see bugs around their donut or bagel area unlike every other Dunkin in Fall River. I made the mistake to go to the one on Quarry St. because it’s right next to where I live and was so disappointed it’s worth it to take the extra 10 min to go to Milliken Dunkin with great staff and great customer service.

I literally travel out of my way to go to this Dunkin , some times their a wait but worth it ,(depending on time of day )an If / when theirs a problem they fix it, No hassle . Staff are always nice the only tips they take are Kind Thank You …. no matter the business u visit your attitude can make the difference.
