As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Amazing customer service!!! I went in there yesterday to order food and was met with the best customer service from each person I spoke to. They were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I left my wallet behind by accident, called today and they had kept it stored for me safely. One lady even had said she was thinking of reaching out to me on Facebook because she understood what it would feel like to lose your world. I could not appreciate the team working there more! Just walked out before I even placed an order! Very rude female, who claimed to be the manager, was screaming at a male CUSTOMER because he asked her to please take her argument (with another employee) elsewhere because he could not hear the cashier. She and the other employee proceeded to go to the back and scream as loud as they could to purposely upset the customer. Very immature and disrespectful group of people working here. I’m pretty sure the male customer ended up walking out too…as he should have.
