Normally my pizza tastes delicious, and that’s why I keep coming back. However, the past few times I have been disappointed with the look and taste. Whomever was working on August 20, 2023 around noon time frame, did a poor job making our order. It’s not enough cheese and the thick crust pizza isn’t thick at all. I paid $34 for cardboard with no taste. I won’t be coming back.

I’m mixed on this review because half of our family loved what we ordered, but the other half didn’t! Sometimes, pizza is about preference (thin/thick, saucey/light sauce, etc). We plan to try it again and see if we all like it enough to be regulars! I will update once we decide.

LOVE the pizza, but will NEVER go to this location again. First and last time. Arrived on a Sat and the lady (middle aged B/F in all black-dunno if that is Supv or what) that addressed me could not have been more bothered by my arrival. She asked if I was picking up-I said I haven’t ordered (drove here to order one of the Magnifico pizzas on a whim).

I have been with Marcos for over 2 years. Today the best pizza. Fresh dough. Plenty of cheese and even good amount of sauce but didn’t deliver the 2 20oz. Pepsi I ordered. That’s happened a few times. Just wish they would pay attention or someone drank what I paid for. Well I called and the GM brought them sodas to me. The nicest down to earth person I have ever met. Thanks. Will continue ordering Marcos pizza.

Ordered a 2-topping pizza. The total amount of toppings would have been VERY skimpy for a single topping but, for 2, it was outrageously pathetic. Only went because we had a coupon and, even then it was NOT worth the price.

Where do I start…… Our pizza was supposed to be delivered by 6:35P.M. and didn’t receive it until 7:21P.M……. then the pizza we ordered was NOT the pizza we recieved…. I am going to post what we ordered on the crust and what we recieved because BAYBBEEE that wasn’t it… moving right along….. I called them because we had just had the same exact pizza the night before and when I tell you that pizza was BOMB!…… it was BOMB. This pizza was tasteless and nasty and dry….. so I called… they answered just to place me on hold for 14 minutes…. my wife was frustrated as heck because WE WERE HUNGRY AND OUR DAUGHTER WAS HUNGRY so she finally said let’s just drive up there after paying $5.00 automatically for delivery. So ATP I was annoyed. We got there, my wife went in and told ” THE MANAGER” about the pizza and how it had no flavor and was dry and he said and I quote ” the pizza was made to “perfection” (yet the crust was wrong and toppings were not doubled like asked) I can just put the garlic butter on there or make a new on.” ATP the pizza was cold so she said he could make a new one. Mind you he had a whole attitude about making the new pizza. He then finishes cooking our pizza just to put soooooooooo much garlic butter on the crust it is leaking out the sides and making the pizza box soggy. This Marco’s Pizza definitely lost our business.

I should have left reviews before but I was just thinking they were in a hurry to keep up with orders on a busy night. My assumption was wrong, and I should have taken pictures before as this one is not that bad looking except it looks like I may have ordered the toppings on half of the pizza, I in-fact did not. I am not only dissatisfied with the look of the pizza that was delivered but the restaurant itself charges top dollar for it’s delivery fee. The only thing you accomplish with a high delivery fee is a low tip to a driver. When the drivers get tipped too low they deliver a product that looks like this. Also, I’ve called this store twice now to fix issues on previous orders, they said they would send a driver my way and it has never happened. Marco’s does have great food but I guess you have to get it from the right location.

The service is always excellent here. Even when under extreme pressure. We enjoy Marco’s food, especially their Cauliflower Crust. We live outside their delivery area but drive to pick it up.

I called here and they delivered three times to my home and each time I use a code that they provide online for a special/discount. I called tonight and the guy that answered who is always unsure said we don’t deliver to you. Then he said never mind they said we do .. then when I provided the code he said that it’s only for online I said how and I used it before from y’all website and my phone was delivered and I always paid cash and tipped I must add. I hung up and called another pizza company. They need better training or something because when workers are unsure or confused that create further issues and messed up orders. I will not be ordering from them anymore. I will also stop the pizza they give my property every other Tuesday for resident retention program.
