The service is horrible. My first time here and I walked in and ordered 3 street tacos for “here”. The lady who took my order called my number, and she started to packed my tacos. And I told her the order is for “here”. And she said, “did you read the sign” in a accusatory way. They have a sign at the register that says “takeout pickup only.” Apologies that it’s my first time here and if I’m suppose to read all signs in every restaurant I walk into. But how about y’all ask someone when they walk in if they would like to order for takeout or for order in? The audacity of this place is out of this world. AND on top of that their tacos are BASIC. The chicken is tiny pieces that look crispy and dog-food like. I won’t be back.

This is such a great spot for great food. Service is always quick and to the point. Everything came out nicely and the group enjoyed. The Huarache with Carnita, Chicken Enchilada, and Birria Tacos were so good.

So glad they opened one in south San Jose! Used to go to the one in downtown but this one is much larger. I always get the crispy tacos with orange sauce! Can’t go wrong with those!! The wet super burrito is really good too!

My favorite location between the two as this one is more spacious! Both have a good atmosphere, this one also has easier parking situation as it’s in a strip mall.

We stopped for lunch. It was our first time. We both ordered burritos. They were the BIGGEST burritos we’ve had. Even bigger than Senior Taco (which are WAY bigger than Burrito Factory). My wife had the veggie burrito. She added fajita veggies to it. She really enjoyed it. I ordered a super asada burrito. The meat had a crispy crust reminding me of vaca frita, a Cuban dish. Especially enjoyable. The ingredients were well distributed throughout the burrito. The sauces are good to excellent . The best is the orange sauce, which is very savory with a kick. The zucchini sauce is the next best. I can’t wait to try more of their extensive menu.

I should’ve known by the restaurant name but I was craving after 9pm taqueria burrito. This, my friends, was not a taqueria burrito. Nonetheless the burrito was huge (see pic) and the carne asada fries must have weighed 2lbs. Great tasting salsas (orange is really spicy good). The food lacked flavor, spice, oomph. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. My order (FEB 22) was to go. It wasn’t ready upon pick up so I waited in the dining room about 15 mins. The music was loud and the dining room appeared clean with adequate space between the freestanding tables and chairs. Staff were friendly. Parking easy in a private strip mall lot.

Just discovered this gem after visiting the vet nearby. The young host walked us to a table and PULLED OUT MY SEAT! Such a gentleman! I was impressed from the start! The guac was delish, the tacos amazing, and the horchata I am still dreaming about. We will be back!

Very good! The birria is authentic and the peanut butter horchata is a must try! I’ve been here 3 times and each time the food and service was fantastic. They used to only take cash, but they take credit cards now, too
