I placed an order online, when finished it told me delivery would be in 30 minutes. I live 1/2 mile away from the store. I was watching the tracking of the order online. It took them 40 minutes to prepare the order, before it showed it was out for delivery. After 20 another minutes I called (The Colony Store), spoke with Shawn, (GM), he said he only had one driver, traffic was bad in The Colony and there was nothing he would do to make it better! I received my order one hour fifteen minutes after I placed it. It was not hot after being in delivery car for 40 minutes. The District Mgr. contacted me Thurs. 4/6/23 and resolved the issue.

Ordered and was charged for extra black olives, obviously based on the picture and what was made extra black olives were not on the pizza. Was told they could only refund the entire order or give me a credit for the next time I order pizza (I order pizza once a year if that so not acceptable solution). The manager wouldn’t even come speak with me it was all second hand through the teenager running the till. Poor operation, bad business practices, and I left without a solution because the manager was incompetent. I won’t be returning.

I ordered over the phone for 2 pizzas was told they should be ready in 10-20 mins. I showed up 23 mins after ordering went inside to hear two employees yelling at each other and arguing in front of me and another customer. When they finally stopped yelling at each other I had let the lady know I was here to pick up my order gave her my name she said they haven’t started it yet I told her to go ahead and cancel it she threw a whole attitude about it. I told her I don’t have the time to wait another 10-20 mins. She threw her hands up and was like well we are busy so I don’t know what you want. So I just left very disappointed

The food is always good but they charged me $.75 for a container of marinara that’s not even half full. I ordered 3 of them and what I got was 3 containers with one full container split between the 3. I feel like this is some kind of joke. I’m not going to order from this place for a while.

Leaving this review for the reason of when we got our delivery only one of the four items that we ordered showed up. When we called the store, the manager was not apologetic about it and stated it was on the way out. 35min later the rest of the order was brought when the store is less then 10min away. Pizza was cold and store didn’t compensate. Better ingredients better pizza even better service

We stopped in to place a take out order recently. Although the pizzas from here have been great, watching their cleanliness procedure was a huge turn off. There was ONE pizza maker wearing gloves and only ONE pizza maker using hand gell often. The cashier had NO gloves on and was touching the register, her face, hair, nose, AND the pizzas as she put them in boxes. She never cleaned her hands, but touched the pizza slicer and condiments she put in the boxes too. UGH! She was also unfriendly and pushy. We won’t be going back.

I ordered a medium two topping pizza (black olives and green pepper), and after they finished making it I noticed all the toppings were bunched up in the middle and not evenly spread out. After I noticed, I went back in immediately and explained what I saw to the workers and they were really nice to remake my pizza and let me keep my first pie too! After I came back in for the second pie, they showed me the pizza before I left and apologized again. Overall both pies still tasted good and customer service was beyond amazing.

Yet again….made the mistake of giving this location another opportunity. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The given approximate time was 32 minutes. It’s now over an hour later…..I just called the store and was told “not sure. It went out with the driver who had a bunch in that area so it’ll be there”…….this is absolutely ridiculous. We are 3 miles away from this location. What a joke.

Usually good but this time I ordered and hour and a half later my tracker still showed a status of preparing order mind you the timeframe given for my order to be here was 45 min.
