Visited Bristol today and stopped in for a brunch at our old favorite IHOP. Food is always delicious and this lovely location just opened in February of this year. The decor is a blend of contemporary and mid-century modern and looked clean and well lit. Our server was very nice and brought our beverages (coffee and water) quickly with added napkins which is always appreciated. Unfortunately, they were short staffed in the kitchen today. The place was far from crowded and it still took over 30 min to receive our 2x2x2 breakfasts. But, the food was hot and as yummy as expected, so I can’t give anything less than 4 stars. Everyone seemed to be working the best they could with the inevitable delay in getting orders out. IHOP is still one of our reliable go-to spots for breakfast!

Food was good. However they were making people wait for long periods of time and only had a few tables of people. Hostess was getting kind of rude to a gentleman at the door. Syrup all over floor. Waitress was good. Did take a while to get food and a little pricey for the amount of food you get. Restrooms were very nice and clean though.

Staff are always friendly. It’s so hard to find good help anywhere anymore, however, the people here are working and professional, despite having a smaller staff. The food is pretty good. It’s always clean when I come in. This is a new location in Bristol Tennessee, and I’m happy our area has another restaurant to enjoy. I’d love to see this place get better and better.

45 minutes to make breakfast in a dead restaurant. Waitress, who has no personality, did not bring me correct food. She brought out my wife’s food before mine. Literally no one else in the restaurant but us, and I see why. Crew has no care or customer service skills. I will not be back.

Literally 5 tables with people when we walked in. Ten minutes to be seated and 22 minutes to have the front person come take drink orders. Waitress literally made every excuse under the sun for her terrible service. When my mom asked is she got her senior discount J proceeded to tell my mom she wasn’t old enough and she would be ok without it since I was paying. She also said she didn’t order off the correct menu, when the menu plainly states to tell them you’re a senior to get your 10%. J had two tables and was so busy but wasn’t too busy to talk to other coworkers because the place was literally a ghost town. I see why! Our food was great but our waitress was terrible.

Second or third time I’ve been there since this location opened. All times friendly but terrible service. We were the only customers in the restaurant besides 1 or 2 other single tables. Orders were messed up, had to wait for them to remake after we already waited too long to get it in the first place. I ordered a salad to go, when I checked it was all tossed up, wet and it was the wrong salad and missing ingredients from the one they did make.

We came to eat breakfast this morning and I’m going to leave a great review. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the staff and seated. It was no time that our waitress came and took our drink order. She went and got our drinks and came back and asked if we were ready. 2 attempts later, we were ready. Needless to say, we weren’t left for a long period of time when needing to order (which I appreciate). It was about 10mins we got our food. We got a Big Steak Omelette, Colorado Omelette, and the Funny Face Kids breakfast. Everything was amazing! Great temperature, great savory flavor, everything was great! We also really liked our waitress today! She was very nice and patient with us. You can’t find that at a lot of places. The restrooms are also really nice. No sewage smells and was very clean. Overall, I would definitely come back to this location Great Job iHop!

They were short staffed and still didn’t have any sense of urgency. We waited for 15 minutes to even order our drinks. Then when someone finally showed up we ordered drinks and food and waited another 15 minutes for her to bring the drinks. We were packing up to leave because five other tables came in and got drinks and ordered before us. The food was good when it came out that’s why it got two stars and not one.

The place is dead during the week so wait times shouldn’t be long but seems like all the staff works so slow. All the servers we had or watched have no customer service skills what so ever. Bland, tired, mute, quiet not a single happy face in that place.

Was met and seated by a very kind and friendly gentleman named Randy who gave kudos to our server Tamia and the food. She was fantastic true to his word the food was good as well. The place was clean and the service was timely. Excellent experience. I will go back. Go and enjoy!
