Papa John’s “use to be” my very favorite pizza, but the last several times that I’ve ordered it, it’s been AWFUL!! No seasoning, (I mean the box probably tastes better than the pizza did) sparce toppings & cheese, greasy crust AND can NEVER, EVER get anyone to take your order by phone!!!! My order was messed up and they didn’t care to do anything about it. I will never order pizza from this ever location again!!!!.I kept being placed on hold several times and no one ever came back to the phone. Those workers are very rude and extremely disrespectful and management doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

Great service and great employees. Never had a complaint. They’re fast at making 2 or 3 pizzas within 20 minutes. LOVE the complementary garlic sauce and pepper. Papa J used to be my go to before I switched to Domino’s… But now I’m back and staying! I love the gifts and promotions they offer.

About the last five times I’ve ordered from here my order is wrong!!!! The cut I want is wrong, the toppings I order are wrong!! I order online I mean how hard is it to actually READ the order I placed and get it correct? And who wants to make multiple trips back and forth just to get the order you should have gotten in the first place….. I think I’m going back to frozen pizza!!!
