Me and my friend Lily walked in here and immediately got no “welcome to moes” and straight off the bat got stares and bad attitudes from the workers. they constantly rolled their eyes at us and we felt so judged and unwanted. we couldn’t even eat in the restaurant because of how uncomfortable we felt.

I placed order In Person. They messed up al of my 4 meals. And forgot to put one of the meals in the bag completely. Anything you want on the side instead of on your meal, is extra. When is that even a thing? They do not speak English well. when I called to let them know, the lady was unable to understand any of the issues. When I asked to speak to the manager . Told me the manager is one dollar. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT GO HERE.

I don’t know what happened to Moe’s. I used to go all the time and in the recent years especially over the past few times, the portions of food given have gotten a lot smaller and the quality of meat is horrible. I received a bowl from them today and the size was laughable and while ordering, they’re always rushing you through the line of ingredients. It’s a shame cause I used to love Moe’s but today was the last ordering from them.

Always great to visit here… but please put the hot sauce back where it was. I am not a fan of the new sauces, and since they removed the hot sauce from the front (place where the staff prepares your food) you can’t really ask them to add it to your burrito, stack, etc.

Customer service here was terrible. I asked for a Homewrecker burrito. They wrap my burrito but don’t put guacamole in (which is free if you get the homewrecker btw) so I ask them to put it on the side. That way, they don’t have to remake the burrito. Every associate there proceeded to argue with me claiming it’s extra for guacamole on the side and even the manager comes out to stick up for them. Very argumentative to me when I was just trying to make their lives easier. Instead of accusing the customer that they are wrong, as a manager, why not ask what was ordered and see how to rectify the situation?

I have been going to this location for a number of years now but today the quality of the chicken tasted like rubber. In addition, you needed a magnifying glass to find it too . It was not the delicious standard of chicken that Moes usually prepares .Unfortunately my whole family were very disappointed. Hopefully someone in upper management will rectify this situation otherwise they have lost long time customers.

3rd time there. Horrible service….people don’t understand English. Soda machine down yet they were still selling sodas to customers. All of the dipping hot sauces were empty to the point where you couldn’t scoop anything!!! Had to ask for cookies with Moo Moo Mr. Cow! The times we went there, it was just very kaotic, sloppy, dirty and getting worse! Great place if you are trying to cater and appeal to 13-17 year olds !!! I have had 3 bad experiences there and swore on my mother I would never go back!!!!
