Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Let me just say that my coworkers and I work from my home and we ordered delivery aside from the set time it took them 28 mins longer to bring my order we have a 30 min lunch so none of us ate. When I tried to cancel the order they told me it was to late that it was already processing !! I called to complain and get a refund and nobody ever called me back or gave me the refund . Food was cold and taste horrible that my dogs did not even eat ! DO BETTER AND REFUND ME MY MONEY

All I’m going to say is if you don’t like flipping burgers and adding some lettuce on them then just do yourself a favor and quit your job. Stop giving Whataburger a bad reputation just because you’re too lazy to do a simple burger.

Terrible customer service, stepped in to pick up food with my husband before work, walked in at 10:45 ordered our food to go, took 30 minutes to receive our food we receive our food incorrect, and instead of fixing the order they handed us the missing part to our burgers on the side to add in ourselves. The front of house ladies spend 15 of the 30 minutes we were there chatting in the front with eachother and when we finally did get their attention to inform them our food had yet to come out (at that 15 minute point) she said she’d check and return to her conversation, it wasn’t til my husband spoke up that they corrected themselves and started pushing food on the line which unfortunately we could see and from the looks they had ticket piling up and spent that time standing and talking instead of working.

The last two times I ordered curbside my order was wrong. I was either completely missing fries or l had onions on my burger (which I selected to be removed). And these aren’t the only occurrences. There were errors with my orders when they first opened but I figured it’s just a new staff/location and they need time to get it right. But this is just disappointing. I’m giving two stars because when I actually get my order and it’s correct—the food is good. But this location doesn’t always meet with customer satisfaction. I will think twice before coming back to this location.

I had a bad experience already on Tuesday and I really like the food but the service is always horrible. For a family meal they give two ketchup cups and when you ask for more they give a bunch of attitude with eye tools for free and then two more cups. I ordered five meals.

After a long 12 hr work shift I wanted to treat my family to one of our favorite places. I will never go to that location again. I placed my order at 717 I didn’t get my order until 741. I complained to the manager KAREN !! and her best excuse was ” it was due to my grilled chicken that took 7 min to cook” THAT MADE NO SENSE!! I get home and my daughter is eating her meal and THE LONGEST HAIR IN HER MEAL !! KAREN SURE DID HEAR FROM ME!! I will make sure her boss hears from me THAT LOCATION NEEDS SERIOUS HELP AND FASTER SERVICE!! DEFINITELY THEM GIRLS OR GUYS NEED SOME NETS ON THEM HAIRS !!!

Slowest whataburger I’ve ever been to in my life. I ordered one burger simple as well nothing complicated, number 1 no tomatoes, no onions, I was waiting 25 min before I even got my food. While others who ordered behind me got there stuff prior. So much for “fast food”

Super good, I wanted a plain cheeseburger but they got the order wrong and gave me a cheeseburger with everything on it. I didn’t complain and decided maybe I should try something new. I absolutely loved it! I’m so mad at myself for not trying it sooner. It definitely made me full. I will make a cheeseburger with everything my to-go. Thank you Whataburger!
