Horrible food. Came out ice cold. Steak was smothered in sweet sauce, fries were a day old, like cardboard. After taking 45 minutes….in an airport! ANYTHING else in ATL is better. Just the worst. Avoid like the plague!

Food was overly salty and the service was average. They appeared shortstaffed and made no effort to let people waiting for seats know there was going to be a wait. It appeared that ignoring them was the way to operate.

This place is GREAT for the best laughs! No signs that the draft beer is down. Tried to order medium plus steak at $40 (no can do- only medium or med-well). No mayonnaise available for the French Fries served with steak and delivered burned and well done. Watched other patrons with similar issues. 18% tip mandatory. Perfect for not having to care about anything. The grand finale was having the bartender drop and break a glass and tell another bartender they were going to have to clean it up. This place is a HOOT! So glad we were held over to hang out here! Looks up scale- don’t let that fool you! $91 bill HYSTERICAL. Just walked out bc the place says open til 7….. but wait! There’s more! They’re actually open til 10PM!!!

Had lots of time before our flight and wanted a good, sit down, table service meal. This fit the bill and was one of the better airport restaurants I’ve been to. It understands its assignment. Menu was solid, not huge list, but variety of pasta and Italian-inspired dishes. Good wine choices. Full bar. Great place to relax and get set for overseas flight. We weren’t rushed and felt free to linger. This is important, since travelers have to get to the airport insanely early sometimes, because one never knows how long it will take to get through to the gate. You may run to your gate or, like us, have time to burn.

Terrible service. Philip our server said he was giving us a “discount” for the items missed but didn’t, and we were so delayed by the service we had to sign and run. All he could do is blame everyone in the kitchen, saying they didn’t know how to read. And my wife ordered a full glass of Prosecco and just got a half glass. Philip said he “noticed that” but didn’t do anything to fix the problem.

Stood at stand for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to recognize us, but nobody showed. There was a guy literally standing in front of us who was seated at the bar but no one came back to acknowledge us. Will never come back, even though I used to frequent Ecco on most every international trip.

Meh! Limited menu. Menu postings online are old. Decent salad dressing with thinly sliced cucumber and radish with parmesan. Needed pepper and salt but not offered with dish. No draft beers. Pinot noir ok. Automatic 18%

Wanted Steak Frites – they were out of beef. Ordered pappardelle, served carbonara. Pasta cooked in salt, sauce infused with salt, with salt on the side – I guess if you can’t cook you just bury it in salt? Last thing you want before a 10 hour overnight flight is a salty dish. Unfortunate, because Ecco midtown is one of my favorite restaurants, and pre-Covid, Ecco airport was my go-to before international flights. I guess I will have to go with Chillies, 5 guys or a packaged sandwich at the kiosk – all better options than Ecco.

Couldn’t even get in the door! Empty seats at the bar, “host” we had to hunt down, 30 min wait for a single seat at the bar to eat. Staff didn’t communicate or clearly give direction. People kept going in to try and sit at the bar but then asked to get up and leave. Wouldn’t let people sit until the seat was bussed – empty seats sat for 30 min unbussed. So unprofessional – I ate a protein bar for dinner. Wouldn’t spend my money for that lack of service
