I go here very frequently. They are so nice and are faster than the estimated time they tell you lol. Whenever I go to pickup my order they have it correct and you are in & out. When you go there your account totals up an amount and you accrue coupons also. Very good food and great place.

This Pat’s Pizza is by far the best one you’ll ever go to! I order from this restaurant weekly and the food is outstanding. The restaurant is clean, the food quality is superb, and above all else it is run by a wonderful manager who always greets us with a smile and makes for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Last week when I took my little brother here for his birthday dinner, he was gracious enough to surprise him with a special dessert at no extra cost. This establishment will always have my business and I recommend anyone to try it out if they haven’t already!

While the food is good from here, they don’t double check the orders before pick up or delivery. Often times we have items missing or orders made incorrectly. Typically when we call for correction, they’ll fix it no problem. But, tonight, we ordered pick up and they forgot the side sauces. We called for correction, and they asked us to pick it up. I kindly asked for them to send it out on their next delivery – since we don’t live far from there. I wanted to enjoy my meal hot, and was already settled in to watch the games that were on. When the driver delivered the sauces, he was polite, but when he left – he peeled out and sped down the road because we did not tip him. I’ve been in this industry for years working as a waitress, and quite honestly – you win some, you lose some. Don’t make a scene because we don’t tip you — while it wasn’t your fault, you were already heading out on a delivery anyway and we already paid the extra $ for the sauces. Rude and unprofessional.

Literally order the same thing every time for my daughter, a cup of meatballs with sauce. This time they gave a small condiment sized cup with a mushed meatball in it. I called to ask what happened and the guy that answered had the nerve to say his manager said they don’t do meatballs in cups. They are way too expensive to mess up people’s food and lie about it.
