I sat at the bar and received excellent service. The sweet potato fries were even better than they sounded. They were crispy! Sweet potato fries are almost never crispy like that! The lobster ravioli had chunks of lobster inside. The French 75 cocktail was perfectly crispy, citrusy, and light. Will definitely be back!

We thought the establishment and service were great, but we thought the food was a bit mediocre, especially given the prices. It wasn’t bad, but we expected something tastier for our $60+ brunch bill for three adults + one child.

My husband and I had lunch yesterday. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service left much to be desired. Food presentation, quantity and preparation were sub-par. To make matters more disappointing, our waiter try to sneak $9 into our check. When we pointed it out, he gave a vague explanation and offered no apology whatsoever. We had high expectations but unfortunately can not recommend this place.

Exceptional experience. Just passing through Macon for one night and I’m so glad I chose Oliver’s. My waitress, Jess, was terrific with just the right balance of checking on me but not being annoying. The music was so good, I wanted to get up Nd dance. And my meal? The fettuccine with chicken and pesto was excellent, perfectly seasoned, freshest herbs for the pesto, and probably the best I’ve ever had in just the right amount. Locals are lucky to have this place!

Absolutely the best. My first visit and I am eager to return. 5 stars for the crab dip, Risotto special with salmon, and the Blackened Snapper with tomato stew!!!! 2.5 stars on the smoked pork chop. It was over cooked, dry and just not seem like quality meat.
