Terrible food and service was lacking. Staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that we were asking for water. I ordered a salad with tortilla chips in it and they were so stale that I couldn’t chew them. Came because we had a discount. Won’t be back

After getting a table we waited for about 20 minutes until someone asked us if we’ve been helped. It didn’t even look that busy and there was nobody around for us to ask for help. It’s as if they are playing cards in the back. After that we waited for about half an hour to get our order and it was bad. Chicken cesar salad was probably the worst one I’ve had. Tomato basil soup didn’t have basil in it and the croutons on the side were not warmed up as they should be. After asking for ketchup I waited for half an hour until they brought it by then I didn’t even need it anymore.

This is the best restaurant you’ve never been to. Surprisingly good food and no crowd. The Billionaire cocktail starts our experience, followed by a brussel sprouts appetizer that will blow your mind. Today we had a miso salmon main course and the scallops. Lots of different and tasty items on both the food and cocktail menu. Been here four times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each experience.

The decor is abandoned conference room. The service is good and most of the items on the limited menu are good. Special desserts don’t seem to change much (sadly the giant chocolate chip cookie didn’t make the full time menu.). The Kalamata sauce for the fries actually tastes like Kalamata olives. My favorite entree is the French dip. The crab bisque is probably the best in Marin.

I ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken and asked for the dressing on the side because I do not like a lot of dressing on the salad. It came out drenched with salad dressing so much so that I could not eat the chicken or the salad. I did not eat any of it and asked them to take it off the bill. The bill was returned with the salad and the chicken removed but the $5 upcharge for added chicken (which was three small over cooked slices) remained on the bill. I could hear the manager in the back laughing about the situation and telling the server to not worry about it. I hope this places closes or gets new management soon.

The food is solid, the wine list is great (Decoy Sauvignon Blanc is my go-to!) And usually the service is friendly and fast, but today it was deathly slow. Maybe we were tucked away in a forgotten corner or had a new server. Not sure, but will give them another chance.

Hidden gem. I stumbled upon this bistro inside Nordstroms by chance while shopping for my niece. Healthy delicious food at reasonable prices! I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the neighborhood!
