Ordered ahead of time for a pick up. Got there and was told they never got my order. Then was told they found it and seven more minutes. Cool and I waited 7 minutes to go back in to have the same person tell me my order already went out. Then asked me if I was door dash. No try to rectify the situation. The entire crew was oblivious. Horrible experince we ordered online and it was pending and because they are shortstaffed they canceled my order. I called an hour later an a lady took ny order and apologized and took my order and said I would get it in an hour. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was tracking my pizza and when I saw the driver was close I went outside to wait. The driver drive past me and went back to the shop. When I called the shop they said they are just leaving and then I got a notification it was already delivered. Well good thing I wasted my whole night waiting for this pizza when it ends up getting cancelled and everything is closed now.

Ordered a medium pizza and cinnabread for carryout on a Sunday night at 835. Would be ready in 20 minutes. I left work a little late and didn’t arrive at Blackjack until 9:02. The front door was locked. Saw no employees. Went to my car and waited 15 minutes, hoping that either someone else would come to pick up food or I would see an employee. Google Maps listed midnight as the closing time. Went back to work and called. The gentleman who answered told me to call the following morning and ask for a manager. Called Monday morning, and to my surprise, the same person who told me to call and speak with a manager answered and claimed to be the person in charge. He told me that the door was never locked. I asked for a refund but was denied. Instead, my order was remade, and I had to have someone drive there and pick it up for me because I couldn’t leave work. I have been a long time regular customer for more than 4 years. But this was totally unacceptable, and I won’t be back.

I am not the person to review a lot but I just have to recognize the customer service that Ethan provides, we don’t usually get any more then a cheese bread but we also drive by 3 blackjacks to get here becouse of the way we are treated! I ordered from “Brooklyn Calzones” on Uber Eats what I received was a calzone from Blackjack? Very confusing, is it common knowledge that Brooklyn Calzones is not actually a thing? Very disappointed, if I wanted Blackjacks pizza I would have ordered from there. To top it off I put special instructions for extra sides of marinara… I received 0 sides of marinara. Just dry calzones.

Fantastic deals on Uber Eats! if you’re going to order from THIS specific restaurant, go to Uber Eats! The deals are so good I don’t even want to say them out loud LOL they kept forgetting my soda, and I called about it and Joshua was super nice! he has been nice to me the multiple times I’ve called because I have a little Karen in me LOL but he’s definitely a great and friendly worker dude 🙂
