Ordered online to pick up in the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and there is a sign saying sorry come inside. Ok that’s a pain but fine. I go inside and my order isn’t there yet. I wait a minute and they ask my name. They said they already made the order but it was not there…. Now I know they can’t control theft… except it would have been at the window and not stolen if they just used the window. I was polite and just waited for them to remake it. While waiting a woman came in and said there was a bug in her lettuce. (Gross) and so the girl threw the lettuce away but unfortunately they had no more. 2 of my meals were salads. While all of this is going on the blue haired girl making the food is rude and has a little melt down.

I ordered a chicken bowl online hoping I wouldn’t ripped off AGAIN but I was too optimistic… just because you cant see your customers in person doesn’t mean you should rip them off. I’m not the type of person to complain much either but this is actually ridiculous… the bag of chips was almost the same weight as the bowl. Don’t order from this location unless you want to pay $20 for a 1/4 cup of food.

Did Mobile order, for BOGO, etc. Requested fajita veggies. Came home to discover a hand written note on the foil top: Out of fajitas, sorry! Gave a $5 tip, for that? Even rounded up my cost to give to the Trevor project!

They were real busy this time when we went. Stood in the foyer to wait for line to move. The people behind the counter were fast and efficient. Tables and floors could have used a cleaning. But like I said, they were busy.

Horrible, I ordered the easiest bowl online with rice corn chicken and queso such a simple order even someone with one brain cell could do correctly and it had burnt chicken no corn, refried beans???? Tomatoes and shredded cheese. Can these people not read?? Jesus Christ.
