Service was fast and delicious. Did not take long. My favorite part was they were cooking the steak in front of me while I waited my short period of time, my meal was delicious. Very fulfilling and the fountain drinks are fresh and good here

Went today and there’s nothing good to say. The food was flavorless and old and the service was terrible. I asked for a bag and the cashier set the bag on my container awkwardly far from me and close to her. She said nothing so I just had to lean in and grab it and bag my own food.

They ladies working there during lunch hours are really rude. Compared to all the Osaka japans that are here in Utah this one is the worst one. They barely give you any food. All the other locations give you lots of food and this one barely anything lol. Don’t spend your money here not work the food they give you. If you are really craving Osaka go to another location but here. Poor service and barely any food they give you for the amount they charge lol. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Barely any chicken and like 4 pieces of strip and the rice ain’t the much either because she spreads it around to look like a lot lol.

Disgusting. In addition to everything else that was wrong with the food (tasting like it had sat out for hours, noodles with a plastic taste to them, etc.), the cabbage in my mixed veggies had mold on it, in several places. Don’t ever eat here.

The service was really good, friendly staff and a generous portion. Plenty of seating at this time a day call. Really clean and inviting space serious highly recommend. A little different from the normal. Definitely recommend it I will be coming back for sure.

Asked for a job application for a relative and they asked automatically if they were bilingual which they were not she went to the back to ask the manager and he automatically said no in and said something to her in spanish that’s very unprofessional and very discriminatory. Too boot when I walked up to ask for the application she literally said,”What do you want?” Like what type of customer service is that. I don’t recommend eating the food either the lady was eating over the top of the food and playing with her mask multiple times very gross.

Slow service and the food was subpar. First and last time I’ll be eating here. Panda Express isn’t that great but it is definitely better than this “food.” Also. The lady giving out the rice and noodles is very rude.
