Drivethru attendant was in a rush . Even closed out our order before we were through. She was not paying attention even to the answers to her own questions. She asked if we were done and I said one word….. no ……. and she said ok your total will be…….. I said ma’am I’m not done. Only got one drink and I had to repeat it 3x . Stop rushing and listen. When I got up to the window she was looking me in the eye and shaking her head side to side like it was my fault she wasn’t doing her job correctly. The food was delicious.

Got cheese curds and they were surprisingly very good! I had never had them before. Service was fast and friendly and i will be back. I did order a bottled water and it was not in my order but i was also not charged for it. Very efficient service.

I have always ordered a cherry pineapple sprite (my sister made it for me her senior year when she worked there and I was in grade school so that is over 20yrs) at DQ. This location apparently they cannot make it for me nor is their slushie machine ever “not broken” , & please note I ordered food. If you gotta charge me for whatever that’s fine, but you are about to sacrifice a returning customer (I live in the neighborhood) over pineapple? I’ll give you a chance to figure it out, but if I were you ild get my stuff together. You’re starting off on the wrong foot right out of the gate & you just opened.

The girl at the counter taking our order, greeted us as we walked in, was friendly the entire time, and patient and helpful while my daughter couldn’t make her mind up on what dessert she wanted. My daughter pointed out a couple on the menu but she wasn’t sure exactly what they were. The worker explained in detail what each were, what they had in them ect. And as we were sitting at the table eating, using her down time (as were the only ones in at that time) she was going thru wiping the tables and chairs and picking up trash. She even checked on us a few times, making sure everything was good and seeing if we needed anything. Was very nice about and always smiling. No attitude or giving off the vibe that she didn’t want to be there or being forced to check on us ect. As told us clearly as we left to have a great day. It was refreshing to see her being sincere about all of it and is not being just lines they’re required to say to the customers.

First time visiting this location and would definitely return! The drive thru attendant was nice, attentive, and offered add-ons. The food was extremely fresh and tasty. I saw the Oreo cupfection on TikTok and tried it. It was good but not great like everyone made it out to be .

Applied for a job here and went to two interviews and told I was hired at each one, was also told I’d start working in June and wasn’t texted back all month. Finally I was contacted for ANOTHER interview and was told to call the general manager. Met with the general manager and was told I’d be getting a schedule the following day. After 3 weeks still didn’t receive a schedule and the general manager read the text but didn’t respond. HORRIBLE management.
