Sadly the manager mistreates his employees. They are not open per their stated hours and made us very uncomfortable being in the restaurant. The employees however were completely pleasant but obviously afraid of the manager and unable to do their job due to the manager constantly at their throat. I wish we would have picked a different place for dinner. Food did taste good but sandwiches were not made properly and ingredients were missing. I will not return to this location and I sure hope those employees find a new place to work.

$30 for two sandwiches chips and drink. Don’t ask for wheat they really rip you off and give you the sandwich of two slices of bread. What a waste of money. $13 for a “sub” that came like this. And the kid hands me two cups after putting in the order online. Their lobby is closed for dine in yet have 6 people working. I think they’re just lazy. Overpriced.

I placed my order at drive through window for three sandwiches and two bags of chips. I requested one sandwich, a slim tuna only, on sliced wheat bread. I repeated the tuna only on sliced wheat bread because there has been errors in the past where they used a wheat bun. The drive through attendant repeated my order with the three sandwichs. When I paid and received my bag I realized the tuna sandwich was on a bun. Before pulling away I said I believe the tuna sandwich was on a bun and should be on sliced bread. The attendant called over another young man who said it was very difficult to hear you and next time you need to make sure when I repeat your order back to you that it is correct. Then he asked for the sandwich back so he could remake it, so I handed him the bag. The young man brought the sandwich back on the sliced bread. Then began to reprimand me again, saying, next time since I couldn’t hear you, you need to make sure the order is correct when I read it back to you. I told him, I placed my order and I didn’t feel I should be reprimanded because he couldn’t hear my order. This location makes great sandwiches, however, they need some extra training in customer service. All he needed to say to resolve the issue was, I’m sorry it was difficult hearing your order, let me remake that for you. A reprimand from this young man was not nessary to resolve the issue.

Todays pick-up visit here really takes the cake. Every one of our recent orders has been missing something so my husband checked it to make sure everything was there before walking out. We get home and I start cutting the sandwich for my son. I realize there is nothing towards the ends so I cut a bit more. Still puzzled, I opened the bread and looked inside. There is literally NOTHING in the sandwich. They wrapped BREAD. Meaning, they walked past the ham and cheese …probably knowingly, and then wrapped a completely empty sandwich. Maybe their employees think this is funny, but we don’t. We won’t be back. We apparently have to not only check for missing sandwiches, but also that they put something inside the bread. No thank you.

Took over an hour and a half for one sandwich to be delivered and it wasn’t even the right sandwich. So much for being freaky fast, I even tipped the driver too 🙁

Food was fast. I know that it can fluctuate depending on day. And being in a similar trade I know that sometimes things run late. Obviously I see a lot of Karens below don’t understand that. My sandwich was VERY filling! LOTS of toppings and meats. Very clean inside. Also for those complaining about hours it’s 11am to 8pm. Closes at 5pm on Sundays. Which makes sense around this area. Keep making sandwiches great again!

Literally the worst experience I’ve had in quite some time. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time. That’s a lot of time to read the instructions and make the sandwich how it was ordered. I pick up the sandwich and go home to find out that they put mayo all over my sandwich when I ordered none. My boyfriend knew I had a rough day, and decided to go back to get the mistake fixed. He drove there and apparently you guys close early! According to google you’re open till 9. However, there were employees still there, so you think they would have fixed the mistake they had made. Wrong. They turned my boyfriend away after he drove there to fix the employees mistakes. Instead of fixing it, they did nothing. As a family that has 3 businesses in the small town of Burlington, we know a thing or two about customer service. I’m appalled by the lack of accountability and customer service that Jimmy John’s displayed. We’ll be sure to tell our friends, family, and customers about this experience so they don’t have to deal with the nonsense we did. And as business owners, I’d be embarrassed and disappointed if our businesses behaved like this to our customers. Do better.

Ordered food online at 8pm since hours state open until 9. The website let me place an order and everything. Waited 45 minutes for delivery before driving to the store just for them to be closed. Update your hours!

This location is never very friendly, but today the girl at the window literally did not say a single word to me. No “hi”, “thank you”, absolutely nothing. Took my card, slammed the window shut, gave it back and slammed it shut again. It was the most awkward interaction I’ve ever had at a drive through or restaurant. Her name was Nevaeh according to my receipt. If she’s that miserable maybe it’s time to find a new job.
