The Little Caesars at 5603 Paradise is a gem for this company. All of the staff employed at this location are consistently wonderful. I mean exceptionally kind people who provide customer service that’s unparalleled in this type of industry. It honestly shames the other locations near it with how much better they are. I’ll only be using this location in the future. They have earned my loyalty in just a handful of visits. Kudos to you guys!!!!!

The pizza was moderately ok. The wings were not so good. Two of the eight wings were inedible the pieces were the end of the wing. There was no quality control, or just a single care given except at the register to charge me $8.99. Disappointing does not begin to explain how I feel about never going back here, the amount of time I patiently waited or the amount I paid. I would NOT RECOMMEND

I walked in to pick up an order and a man stares at me from the back but would not stop mopping to speak to me or help me. A woman finally came and spoke to me. Said about a 5 minute wait. Their phone rang while I sat there. Man with mop said people have cell phones but they still call to order. He never answered the ringing phone. I don’t think anyone else did either. Also longer than 5 minutes for my order. I am sure because I wrote all this and am still sitting here waiting……..

This place was horrible . The employee had his ear bud in and did not take my order properly. He told me I had to wait in the parking lot because he was taking care of online orders first. Then one of my pizzas was destroyed on purpose. I called to get a refund. This is ridiculous. Look at the pictures to show finger impressions

The employees are short-staffed and that in turn affects the delivery of the service. The employees on are doing their best when orders are heavy. This time my order was ready AND it was correct…I can’t say the same for past orders.
