A great place for a family dinner. Parents can get something “fancier” than a burger and kids can still get chicken tenders and fries. Our waitress Addison was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Appetizers and food came out quickly even though it was a BUSY Monday. Very reasonably priced for our group of 6.

We all got the fresh catch of the day which was around $26-30. It came with a salad and side, so not a bad price especially with the quality of fish they gave us. The mini baked potato were excellent. I would not recommend the garlic mashed potatoes though unless you adore adore garlic. I love garlic and they were still to potent for me. Overall a great place to have a seafood dinner at the shore.

I hate to do this but after what I just paid for what I didn’t eat I need to warn others. I looked at reviews prior to going I wanted to take my daughter to a decent place to get a nice meal. First look at the decor and how dusty they are and where they are sitting it’s disgusting. I ordered lobster bisque soup it had no lobster and very greasy it was separated so gross. She got the NY strip and I got the crab cakes. Her steak was so so dry and has a huge piece of fat which left little meat. I’ve had better steak at Applebees. My crab cakes had so much filler and the seasoning was so strong I couldn’t eat it. The server told me there was very little filler and they were great not true! We got 2 Caesar salads the lettuce was wet and couldn’t taste any dressing we didn’t eat them. We orders mashed potatoes and the little tiny cup came out 10min after the meal and I don’t know what they put in them they had such a bad taste like vinegar we couldn’t eat it. The servers all looked so stressed out. He had to ask us if we wanted bread and he brings out tiny cold rolls you get at giant The only thing good was our sodas leaving and paying over $100.00 made me sick very disappointed, I will never eat here again… sorry had to tell the truth on this restaurant.

Not bad, but definitely did not live up the the hype. The older hostess was definitely NOT friendly and the food was good, but nothing to write home and rave about. The only highlights were the two soups.. New England Clam and Shrimp and corn Chowders.

Fantastic food and service. The cowboy ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had and my husband’s scallops and shrimp were wonderful as well. Maddie was our sever and she was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Although there was a bit of a wait to be seated it was more than worth it.

We have dined indoors and outside, however, we mostly take advantage of the fantastical system of take-out. Tonight, we ordered, Island Grill texted, we picked up and then enjoyed such delicious food! The Halibut dinner with “Island Rice” was outstanding. 5 Stars. Neighborhood eats at it’s finest. Don’t miss an opportunity to dine at the Island Grill Seafood & Steakhouse!

Everything about this restaurant was great. The food was very good – nice portion sizes, cooked very well, and great taste. Good selection of fish on the menu, and it was fun having three different options on cooking and 6-7 options on seasoning for the fish. The Cesar salad was simple, but, unlike most restaurants, they put plenty of dressing on it. Most of my family went for the seafood: Mahi Mahi, Coconut Shrimp, Fluke, but the hamburgers looked pretty good too. Make sure you save room for dessert – my family said the Key Lime pie was one of the best they have had at a restaurant. The Resee’s Peanut Butter pie was very good. Service was very friendly, fast, and they checked up on us. Atmosphere is typically not as important to me, but this was a quaint place – check out the amazing mural on the wall done by Bogy! Definitely a place you want to hit when in Ocean City.
