Place looked clean and service was fast, but food was terrible! Arby’s is supposed to be famous for roast beef, and I used to love it. However, the roast beef I got tastes like they opened a pack of store bought processed sandwich slices and just microwaved it. It was not the taste of homemade slow roasted real roast beef. I was so sad. And I paid 10 bucks for that sandwich and drink and it was so gross I didn’t eat it.

Went through drive thru, Told them I wanted large meals and they rang up mediums. I ordered cheese sticks with marinara but didn’t get the marinara, I got 3 meals but only got 2 fries. Didn’t get the juices I ordered with the kids meals. Food was room temp at best.

Food was hot and they were not stingy with the curly fries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean and stocked. I used a coupon but for 2 meals w/ drinks, it was under $10 but I would guess @ $16-$20 for 2 full meals. Also they keep all the condiments behind the counter so be sure to get them with your food, I had to wait back in line to get salt, pepper, and ketchup.

The food at this location during rush hour was made fresh. The biscuits were good. My favorite aspect of my experience inside the restaurant was the decor. The staff had gone to great lengths to make the inside of the restaurant festive for Halloween. Apparently this is done throughout the year and displays change with the seasons and holidays that are currently going on. I liked the vibe that this gave me as a customer and made me want to come abck more often. The service was also personal and friendly which is important in my opinion. I would come back.
