Absolute worst experience, waited 10 minutes to even order our drinks. There’s only one waitress in a packed restaurant when we got there. Got there at 12 and didn’t get our food until 130 and they forgot a meal. 30 minutes later we’re still waiting for that meal. Don’t bother wasting your time go anywhere else.

I hope managment reads these reviews and instead of being insulted will take them under consideration and make the needed changes. The Shawmut wait times are unacceptable for a ski area when you waste 1-2 hours to have lunch. People say that you can’t get enough help during these times, I say that’s a load of malarkey. Pay your servers a few extra bucks on their hourly rate + tips and get a busser or two so your servers can attend to guests. The money you spend will come back to you and you won’t have guests leaving and never coming back.

Went for the January Beer and BBQ dinner at $50 a person. Food was cold and mediocre at best. Maybe other menu items are good but wouldn’t recommend the speciality dinners like this one.
