I paid extra for the stuffed crust and garlic seasoning. Bought 4 large pizza’s for $70+. Got to our destination and only 1 was the special crust and was awful pizza and was cold. Since it was late, we went to the Papa John’s the next day with my receipt. They would NOT give a refund for that pizza, nor would they make me another one, unless I paid for half of the pizza. Will not be going back!

Roaming as we go
Ordered the phili steak papadia and a pizza. The papadia, except for 3 skinny slices of meat, was full of onions. We were told our delivery was ‘fresh’ but the crust was soggy and the bottom of the box was soaking wet. Delivery took over an hour. Never again.

Called in to place a delivery order after checking in to my hotel. My delivery order was taken by, I’m assuming, a call center, and my card was charged for $26 and some change. I was told it would be delivered within 21-33 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I called back to the same number and it said the store was closed. I googled and found a customer service number to call and was told my order was voided AND it would be delivered in 27 minutes. Called again 30 minutes later and was given the exact same message “your order has been voided and will be delivered in 27 minutes”

Really like the new papa bites they are awesome, the papadia is ok, the stuffed crust pizzas are really good and all for a really good price right now. Most days are good But sometimes they are swamped and get backed up and it takes a while to get your order cause everyone wanting pizza at the same time.

Man, oh man! We bought papapia’s, and we were blown away! Better than a calzone, they were very filling! Plus, when you order the bread sticks you get enough equivalent to a medium sized pizza!! Location may be short staffed, but service was beyond on point. Very attentive, and no delay either. Great location, strongly recommend to anyone looking for great pizza to take home for a nice family meal.
