The girls and I were looking for an afternoon snack and decided on Fries. We ordered 3 sets, one set of garlic fries and 2 regular. We ordered online and and went to pick up. The garlic fries were dry with barly anything on it and one box literally had 6 fries in the box, as if they had started to fill it and ran out of fries. It was very disappointing and insulting. We paid for the fries, they weren’t free with the burger or anything like that. It was the principle. This is a “you had one job” type of moment. We ordered the most basic thing on the menu and received the most disappointing results. Pictured below are the “garlic” fries.

I came in and was seated within two minutes along with my family. This shows you that it was not crowded at all. I waited at my table for 15 minutes and no one ever came to get our drink order. We just left and went to another red Robin Where they have better service.

Horrible. I used to love coming here with my husband. The avocados on my salad were frozen. Literally frost on them and crunchy. The fries arrived cold and it was the tiniest portion and never got them refilled. Waited for the food for sooo long and it wasn’t even full. Kids meal was bland. So sad. I used to love their sweet potato fries

Had a meet up birthday party in the promenade for my daughter and a dinner for 12 here to close it out. They took a reservation and allowed me to bring in an outside ice cream cake ahead of time. Service was great, ice cream cake was cold and easy to cut. Really impressed. Thanks!
