Pizza Guys is alright, but man they cannot get my order right for the life of them. Not sure if it is just lack of care or an issue with the app, but I have had more wrong orders than correct ones. They even messed it up 3 times in a row once. If you like an OK pizza with a 70/30% chance of a messed up order, then this is the place to try. One would think for the price you pay, they would take time to make sure things are right.

I had a large pizza and a 2 liter delivered to my house. Just as I ordered, a pepperoni/combination came in a timely manner (and the bottle of soda was cold). The kid delivering the pizza even added in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

We have had their pizza 2x, first time it was the pizza I have ever had. 2nd time not so much, greasy and the crust was dry seemed old. Tonight, I ordered online at 9:35pm. Received a phone call right after amd said the order would make them go over closing time amd they needed to cancle the order… UH?? Then why does the app allow you to order that late.. obviously who ever was working didn’t want to have to stay 5 min over.. and it was a pickup order..very disappointed!! The choices below was he forst time…since I could t get my order tonight… thanks….

Just got my pizza. It arrived with most of the topping so burnt they didn’t even stick to the pizza. Called to complain about the quality, was put on hold for almost 10 minutes just to hear the phone picked up and immediately hung up. Not sure what’s happened with the staff but this is the worst service I’ve had from them.

9 times out of 10 my pizza is barely warm when it’s delivered, even though the place is less than 5 mins from my house. They almost ALWAYS forget the icing with my twist, which is fine, but yall didn’t even put cinnamon on it this time. For real. What am I gonna do with fried dough. You can have it back.

Their new Curl and Crisp double pepperoni pizza is good. I omitted the 3 cheese blend and just went with extra mozzarella cheese instead. Next time I’ll ask for light sauce as I don’t care for so much sauce that when you get up to the crust end the sauce dribbles out onto my shirt. I had asked for thin crust and I’m not sure I got it or the regular crust. To me it wasn’t thin. But it all tasted good and I’ll be back.

The pizza is ok. I like the different specialty pizzas. The toppings however are pretty skimpy. Both of our pizzas Saturday night had a 2″ wide crust, everything was in the middle. 2 bites of a large slice and all that’s left was bread.

The pizza I ordered was great, I have a large team who all like something different and they were all happy! But I’m really writing this review because of the customer service Mark has provided, he deserves all the stars and deserves to be recognized. When I couldn’t get my order placed on the website, I called in and placed my order with Mark who was actually able to save me almost $20 on my order. Then…when I realized almost two weeks later that I lost the receipt for my expense report, I called to see if I could get a copy of the receipt. He didn’t even hesitate, he had it pulled up in less than a minute and had it to my inbox in less than 5. For someone who works for a Company that’s huge on providing excellent customer service, I really appreciate it when others provide it as well. Thank you Mark!
