Very nice mom n pop shop. Super friendly service. The flavor was awesome. No spice unless you ask. I had steak and shrimp soba noodles. My bride had the chicken hibachi…loved it with the yum-yum sauce. Picky kid ordered just shrimp. Ate all but one of about 10 good sized shrimp! Er’body loved the fried rice. Egg rolls had fantastic flavor, but they are either way different at a Japanese restaurant than Chinese, or they were freezer burnt or something. Mush in the middle. Pardon my ignorance if they’re supposed to be different. Just unexpected. We’ll definitely go back! So friendly.

used to order here quite often and they would make any dish “spicy” on request now I basically get told I’m a liar and they never had a spicy sauce or made anything spicy. this will be my last time dealing business with them even though I live so close.

This place must really be getting squeezed on their margins. The Yum Yum sauce was so watered down, I poured it onto my steak and shrimp and it was the consistency of actual water. Like a disgusting pool in the bottom of the tray with no actual sauce clinging to the food. Like washing the food in some watery substance. Moving onto the Miso Soup – again, no miso flavor, the tub was only 1/2 full and it was completely watered down as well. I used to go to the Towers Hibachi Express before moving to Salem and it is like night and day between the locations. Will they get it together? Judging on the number of sauce complaints dating back several years, it doesn’t seem likely.

Loved all the different foods we ordered. Sushi was really good. Only fountain or bottled drinks. Very busy take out here. Didn’t care that all the tables were sticky.

Used to be excellent. Now it’s kind of disappointing and I feel like I’m inconveniencing everyone – particularly the guy I assume is either the manager or owner – by ordering food there. Seems like the guy who runs the place really quit caring. The Waffle House of Hibachi.
