Since Pizzana’s Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu’s Best in Dough pizza competition series.
Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.

The pizza is delicious but feels more like an appetizer than a meal. We got the cacio de pepe, and the corbarina. The cacio was basically amazing cheese bread. The corbarina is basically a margarita pizza but a little fancier with a tuft of squash. I want to give this place a higher rating because the taste was so good, but I feel that it’s a lot of money for such little food.

We had the broccolini and fried cauliflower for appetizers, and three different pizzas. The appetizers tasted good. The pizzas are all pretty personal size – sliced into six, good for sharing as well. The pizzas were delectable and full of original flavor, it was warm and fresh. The wait for the pizzas was a bit long, but we had the appetizers beforehand. The pizzas are decent but the crusts were fairly burnt — hence the three stars, but if you don’t mind burnt pizza crust then it shouldn’t be a big problem! The burnt crust could also be because the oven was burnt before hand and not scraped before. The restaurant has a pleasing architecture to it and is very trendy. Good place to come for lunch and dinner!

The best pizza . My favorite Cacio Pepe. Omg, it’s next level pizza. You should try it and also, I like fungi and vodka pizza, but vodka is spicy

We had the artichoke and one pizza. Everything was delicious and really Italian like (we are often there). Smell in the restroom could be improved.

All the food was absolutely amazing. The Cacio e Pepe pizza was next level. Broccoli had just a little bit of spice that put it over the top for me. The meatball was moist and the bread on the side to soak up the sauce hit the spot. Service was good. This place is a must.

OMG guys you nailed it!!!! One of the best pizzerias I’ve ever been. The meatballs dish is a must try dish. Top notch quality. The flavour in everything was excellent. The pizza dough was extremely tasty and nice texture. CARNIVORO flavour was the best combination I’ve ever tried in pizza… I highly recommend this place

Best Napoli pizza hands down in LA!! Recommend the spinaci but 26 choices. Polpette Al forno boasted san marzano flavors and beautiful crusty yet chewy bread. Recommendation for the Super Tuscan Sangiovese blend red perfect companion. Rounded out with olive oil based chocolate cake for a simply sublime experience! Highly recommended experience!

I was not expecting to love this place so much. I came with two friends and we ordered a bunch to share. Loved everything we ordered. Pizza is thing, slightly crispy and a little fluff. This may be my new favorite pizza spot in LA. Can’t wait to come back.
