Horrible people!! We were thrown out because I told the owner’s wife she made a weak drink and asked for it to made stronger and that I would pay extra. She got angry right away. That one drink was 28 dollars and I gave her 35 dollars with the tip for I could see she was angry. My friend showed up ordered a drink and two minutes later Cassie the owner and bartender said she didn’t like our conversation and told us we had to leave. We both were in shock. She then threw 25 dollars on the bar said here’s your money back and get out. We said “why” and she said I don’t like what you are saying and get out. This was very humiliating and embarrassing.

My brother and sister in law love this place and we went to the Roaring 20’s Beefsteak Event… Long story short. Perfection. Clearly the owner loves what he does and throughout this event he weaves a piece of culinary art together into an experience that will not be forgotten. Each dish includes his color commentary making it deeply interesting, whether it be the locally sourced grain which is milled and baked locally into a sourdough, or the fifty day dry aged meat..Everything was fantastic. Ambiance was cool. Wait staff follows their bosses lead and their passion shines through. I wish there were more places like this…..

We had dinner on Christmas eve it was decorated very uniquely. The service was excellent but I wasn’t thrilled with the food. Could very well been because of the choice I made (duck meatloaf) I will definetly go back and order something a bit more traditional. Hubby had Partridge which I think was inappropriate for christmas

Very disappointing and expensive experience. Portion sizes are very skimpy for the price which would not have been so bad had it been offset by bread on the table or a side salad included with the entrée. I ordered the scallops ($32) which was served in a soup bowl and consisted of a few small scallops in a mushroom cream sauce over a dollop of mashed potatoes. No side vegetables were included. The pistachio cheese cake was very tasty but sadly was about the size of a small hockey puck. My friend ordered the ramen bowl ($27) which was underwhelming and arrived way too hot to be eaten in the moment. Even though the ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant and the waitstaff was attentive, I will not be returning.

Food was delicious! Had the chrunchy gnocchi w/lamb. Friend had mushroom ravioli. Dessert was bread pudding…..very generous portion! Definitely meant to share. Drink was awesome…..Mango Habernero Mule…..cold but had heat! One if the best drinks ive had in a while

Great food in a lovely place. I always sit at the bar if I can and enjoy the people. I always feel welcomed, comfortable and happy. Nice cushioned chairs for a long stay and some great beers. Huge selection to choose from. Tonight was a 7.5 abv dark and smooth.
