Been watching my sugar but, just wanted something sweet. Got a diet cherry limeade and it was amazing! So delicious and the customer service was great. They were super busy so I prepared to wait at least a half hour. Got my drink in 5 minutes! Great place to stop for a good meal, great customer service with a smile as well. Been here a few times and have always been pleased and will definitely be back!!

absolutely disappointed. i always go to sonics and the employees are super friendly, fast, and professional. i just felt like these workers were not taking their job seriously at all, we were waiting in the stall after being handed our food and handing off our cards while the employees are all surrounded around a table outside munching on their food while still clocked in. it honestly disgust me that they were sitting there with my debit card eating food and licking their fingers. eventually she brought my card in and cashed me out but didn’t put my whole order in my bag. one of the employees also had a huge hickey on her neck and was wearing tie dye pants, not even apart of the uniform. on top of the bad service and uncleanliness i found a hair on my corn dog. sonic do better!

Took 30 minutes to get two drinks that we ordered on the app… buzzed in and they said “we only have one runner tonight” while the one runner was constantly talking to her friends in another stall. Everytime we saw her take food to a car, she’d walk back to the same car and talk for 5-10 minutes and then go back inside.

Been to this Sonic multiple times but this is the first time I’m leaving a review because the service was that garbage I ordered a burger and a milkshake took them 27 minutes from when I paid till I got it, the shake was melted to the consistency of water and they didn’t even put napkins in the bag… I waited till after I ate to write this review to make sure that I wasn’t just hangry but no in reality these guys charged me 13 bucks and half an hour’s worth of my time and in that case might as well have driven a town over to a different Sonic.. last time I’m going to this Sonic

Between multiple stalls out of service, we waited for over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, for some chick to come on and say sorry for the wait, Can you please hold? Mind you there was maybe 10 cars there which is less than a quarter of capacity.

Everytime! I really do mean, everytime, we come here our order gets messed up. We will not visit this sonic again. I’m not going to spend upwards of 40$ and get home to find the order is wrong. This time we ordered two #1 combos. No special request. What we got was a plain just cheese #1 and a #2. Sonic I called and left a voicemail at your store. You got my number call me back and make it right.
