My boyfriend and I walked into an empty building. The employee looked up and said that we might as well go elsewhere, they weren’t serving us. They walked into the back room and slammed the door! Unbelievable! Very disappointed in the service and management for allowing that to happen! The employees name was Anthony. The time was around 4:40 p.m.

Prices are way to much for quality of food served. Tattooed employee was obviously tired and complaining about working to hard. Food was made quick but meat was cold even after coming out of the oven. For twenty bucks for two sandwiches one would assume to get better food.

The sandwiches were yummy. I do have a complaint however when it comes to food allergy safety. There were only 2 workers so I was patient with my order, but o asked the young male server to change his gloves since o had a gluten allergy. I ordered he gluten free bread, and he got it out of the package, but his female co worker came over and started putting my sandwich together before I could stop her. I said, “oh I have a gluten allergy.” Thinking she would change her gloves or just ask if I needed her to. Nope. She just stared blankly at me and because I felt bad at the size of the line, I said, “well, it’s ok.i guess.” She continued to put together my sandwich and then asked if I wanted the other order I had made for someone else to be in the same bag. After it was all wrapped. Like… Why does it matter at this point. I’m glad I feel ok. But want to earn allergic friends to stay away from location o

I wanted steak and cheese and it wasn’t even noon time and they had NO ONIONS!! waited in line for nothing. I’ll never be back there again. RESPONSE TO OWNER… GO BUY AN ONION AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!! There is NO excuse for your lack of care, which you proved again by not spelling my name correctly or your response.

Even for a Subway, this place was underwhelming at best. I expect fast food to be mediocre, so I wasn’t particularly disappointed in that regard, but the customer service was nonexistent. Kudos to the owner for finding gainful employment so we don’t all have to subsidize his sorry posterior, but he would do well to treat his customers with even a nominal level of kindness.

Order a couple sandwiches, one was rang up wrong. No big deal it happens, another employee came to help. Did some math on a calculator and said “I only owe you this much” sounding annoyed because it was under a dollar. I asked for a receipt and this is when everything got worse. The employee got rude and dismissive of me. After trying to explain why it was difficult for her to get me a correct receipt, she finally did and shoved the receipts at me and turned around to dismiss me. I asked for information to speak to a manager due to her behavior and attitude towards me and she snapped back loud and rudely “I am the manager!” When I asked to contact the owner she snapped again at me “call the number on the receipt.”

2 star rating because I still like the sandwich. This place has its ups and downs depending on the people there and they change quite frequently. There’s no consistency in the sandwich or the service. On my latest visit there, two days ago, the service was bad, horrible. My son was ignored when he was trying to tell the girl his order multiple times. The other girl responded very rude to me multiple times while taking my order. I also told her that there was no ice coming from the ice machine and in a very rude tone told me that they don’t have ice, which is fine, I was just letting her know just in case. A deaf woman also showed up while I was there to get a pre-order and she was trying to signal to them that she was deaf and needed a paper pad and pen to communicate with them. They both clearly didn’t understand after multiple attempts by the woman to communicate this and ignored her several times, rolling their eyes and saying rude things under their breath until we stepped in and told them that she was deaf and needed a way to communicate. They also tend to try to close down things very early. We arrived just before 6 pm and mostly everything was shut down and there was “limited quantities” of items. I’m assuming the lack of selection was due to the fact that they had put everything away.there was only one type of bread available as well. This was all three hours before the closing time. As of writing this Subway does not get my favorable rating or review at this time for this particular location. I hope that changes in the future so I can revisit this review.

Always decent, never amazing though. I do absolutely love the sweet onion sauce even if it isn’t healthy for you. Definitely not diet food by any means unless you only get salad.
