Ordered takeout from Tio’s Pizza, Empanadas and Wings today. The order was placed at the restaurant. The wait was not too bad. It took about 20 minutes to receive our order. The restaurant was clean, and everyone was friendly and professional.

Ordered a calzone and lasagna came to 30 dollars tell them I only have a one hundred dollar bill please send enough change driver shows up with only 20 dollars says I have 20 is that ok I say no and call the restaurant someone says I can send the right change but it will take awhile I had told him I wanted to put it on my debit card he says better yet I will just credit you on the next order I say just put it on my card like I said at first I begin to eat my calzone and find rotten ham in my meal. I ordered before and they forgot my cannoli’s and when they brought them later they were hollow just a spoonful on the ends never again

Food. Order a chicken Philly and it was chunks of chicken breast not chopped and was also very dry. Had to come home a doctor it up. Service-was okay but whole time the girl was making my sandwich she was sneezing and someone else was coughing. The door was cracked open and flies were everywhere.

Absolutely delicious and very fresh food FAST! I saw Tio’s on my drive home and thought we’d give it a try that evening. Their menu has great variety, prices are great, & it arrived super fast! What will make us a lifetime customer is how fresh and amazing the food is! You can tell they put time into each dish. AND the customer service/ staff friendliness was exceptional! The guy that dropped our food off was so sweet as was the lady on the phone. We loved the Greek salad, pizza, cheese fries, & jalapeño poppers! Can’t wait to try other things too next time. SO happy we found a place close to home that delivers great food & we can support a local business! I’d add a photo of our great food but it’s GONE! Yum. :))

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY….We ordered 2 med pizzas, 2 subs, garlic knots, cheesy bread at the store. We waited 1hr/20 min. When I asked how much longer, they gave me the pizzas and I was told 10 min for the rest of the order. The pizzas were cold but we ate anyway because everyone was starving at that point and we were still 2hrs away from home. After another 20 min, we got cold cheesesteak and italian sandwiches, cold garlic knots and hot but barely cooked garlic cheesy bread. By this time we were finally on the road headed home. I called the mgr/owner Guillermo and explained how awful our food was. He didn’t care or want to talk or rectify anything. All he said was you seen how busy we were. We would never come back to this horrible hole in the wall. I’m pretty sure they won’t be in business for very long. Like I said don’t spend your money here. Go someplace with good food and customer experience. Someplace that appreciates your patronage. There was no option below 1 star, I looked for rock bottom…otherwise I would have chose that one.
