Fatburger is my favorite burger joint. This location didn’t have the chargrill so you can only get the burgers fried. Their fried burgers are just ok. I have been ordering them and enjoying them on the char for over 25 years. So this experience was disappointing — chili cheese burger with everything on it is the greatest burger when char grilled!

The first time I came, I noticed the line was pretty long and I figured it was really good. So I walked around a bit and built an appetite. Once I got the food, which didn’t take too long, it was just ok. Nothing too crazy. I did like they don’t put salt on fries, that way it can be to your taste. Some places are not consistent. I got the fat fries. They are a bit smaller than wedge’s basically.

This pace gave me the sloppiest burgers I have ever had from Fatburger … The young lady that took my order was very pleasant to interact with and boy, boy, boy – her nails were so perfectly manicured ! However, when I got home and looked at my two combo meals which where $15/each for 2 turkey burger combos I was so upset! I drove all the way from Chandler to the casino because my wife had a craving- just to be let down ! They really should be ashamed of themselves! I love Fatburger but I will NEVER go there again unless for a refund, unless they hire new COOKS ! Absolutely detestable! I only have one star because at least I got napkins and I guess I’ll add a second star for the young lady that took my order ! I hardly ever leave a bad review- this is maybe the third one in my entire 40+ years of living ! Hopefully no one else has to experience this !

Very slow service and someone needs to teach them about restaurant food prep. We were the 4th people in line to order and it took 15-20 minutes just to order. 28 minutes later my food came out. The burger was good but fries were dry and cold….probably because of the almost half hour wait. Someone needs to teach them about food prep and speed it up a bit.

Crispy chicken burger was not good and tasted like a frozen chicken tender out of a toaster oven with a bun. Staff was not friendly. They had a sign that said “ask for condiments” where you pick up the food. Asked for a ranch when my food came out and she said “only if you have 50 cents” yikes.. I tipped $5 for my $15 order before the food even came out. Being in a casino you would think the staff would do anything to get you to come back
