I have being ordering from this place so many times, Victoria Nursing Home is usually calling for delivery, but this time around the pizza came in undone and most of the meat came in raw, the ham mostly came in undone, the bacon raw and importantly the cheese melted throughout the pizza. This was a weird “NY Pizza” experience . First off, the pizza was seasoned with taco seasoning (at least that’s what it tasted like)! The chicken wings were “spongy” and didn’t taste like chicken. The garlic knots were dry. I will say that the cheese sticks were good. Unfortunately, for this time, this was an awful experience. It was also our first (and last) experience.

We checked in the Hotel after the restaurant was closed. The Front desk Rep highly recommend we order from New York Pizzaa. Julianna took our order & I specified no olives & extra sauce. She said okay & needs to collect our credit card before delivery. Surprisingly our order was over $91 but it was our anniversary vacation & we were very hungry. Upon delivery I noticed olives on the Pizza. The delivery Guy said “he’s just the messenger”. We called Juliana back & she denied olives were on the pizza. I took a picture but she never provided a number for me to send them. She also said I didn’t specify extra sauce when I reminded her she even repeated the order back to us. After putting us on hold they determined they wouldn’t bring another order or refund any of our money’s.. Very unfair, unprofessional and disappointing.

Ordered to the Hilton since it was only restaurant open. For one, the fettuccine Alfredo was far too salty (yes I know Alfredo is salty by standard) but far too much in this. Second, I got a full 3/4 inch shard of extremely sharp plastic that cut my cheek open. The delivery service was very, very late, even after calling back to check status there was a long period of time before we got our food and could get rest. I sincerely hope you guys get it together.

I’ll give you 2 stars for effort but that’s all. Your reviews aren’t good at all. And you deliver your menu to hotels so late we had already ordered and eaten our Chinese. Maybe if you want hotel business you should put the menu under my door before 8pm. ♀️

After a long day of traveling to Miami this is not what you want I stayed at the homewood suites by Hutton on my way to a cruise $51 wasted. I’m from NY and this is not our pizza the pizza was so oily I had to use paper towels to absorb the grease it was just cheese and dough no sauce. The wings taste like frozen microwaveable wings and the garlic rolls don’t taste like the were warm just stuffed with garlic. The only thing they enjoyed was the Pepsi

I ordered food, it took over an hour to get here. When we got our food the only thing that was warm was the chicken wings. My fries & mozzarella sticks were very soggy. I also ordered a burger that was not fixed correctly. When I called back to let them know, the owner wanted to replace it but also seemed annoyed. I will not eat here again when visiting Miami.

Purchased a large pizza, a calzone and a soda. Received a small pizza and I was overcharged ($40). Pizza ($11.55), Soda ($3.95), calzone ($12.95). My food should’ve been less than $30 before tax. When I called them out of concern, they hung up on me. I called back and they wouldn’t answer the call.

This place should be CONDEMNED immediately!! Bad attitudes dirty little place. I’m on vacation in the area hotel desk recommend this place. I will get with them about that later. In the meantime they are trying to show me what they are saying on Google translator… I ended up actually going there because UBER EATS FAILED. My food was sitting there absolutely cold and getting colder. All the reviews I see are likely very true about this place! I never got a chance to eat the food because they wouldn’t give it to me saying Uber driver was on his way to pick it up. While debating this issue a worker came from outside and just walked up to the fryer and dumped and seasoned some wings…so that would question the sanitation of this little hole in the wall. Glad I dodged that bullet at least partially. Do yourself a favor read this and all the other reviews take heed or not and find yourself here typing…Terrible!

We stayed at a hotel around the corner from the restaurant. I called in a delivery order and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. At an hour, I called and was told the delivery driver would arrive in 10 minutes. He came 40 minutes later. Our food was lukewarm and they had gotten my order wrong. We had a terrible experience!
