I was staying at the Embassy Suites and a super short walk. Visited within 2 months of new ownership. Had great conversations with the owner who has another location in Indio. He hooked me up with super hot sauce which was great and hot. Also had the Birra. Super excellent and his sisters recipe. Great menu from the heart of Central Mexico. A must visit if you are in town

This location is Under new management. The Food is good. Had the empanadas and the chili Verde burrito. I can recommend both. Also tried the carnitas burrito which I can say is good also. This place is definitely worth a try if you have a chance

It was my intent to eat at an adjacent restaurant which will remain unnamed but there was no parking. As I rounded the corner I encountered this little gem and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. This is a hidden gem! Food was great, service was equally as good. Full bar. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

In town and decided to try this place on a whim. It was quiet with only one other group dining. I thought the food was amazing. I had the Chile Verde entree and was not disappointed. My coworker had the Chile rellano and said it was the best food he’s had in a while. We will be back.
