If I could give a negative star I would… first of all let me say that I visit DD everyday, not this location. This is by far the absolute worst service every and my order is wrong. I ordered 2 turkey egg cheese croissants hibiscus tea. The lady in the drive thru rushed my order before I was even done so when I went to add my last croissant she said add it at the window bc she closed it but I never told her I was done. So I get to the window and told the lady to add a plain croissant and add a turkey sausage. Don’t ring it up like a regular sandwich bc I’m not more for items I don’t want. Sure enough she screwed it up charging my $4.59 vs the $2 and change. I asked for a cup of Ice and the rude lady at the window said you have to tell them at the drive thru.. HOW CAN I AND YOU CUT ME OFF LADY! To top it off my croissants had no turkey sausage on the egg and cheese orders..Terrible! I will never go there again. The employees need to be trained to listen.

Let me 1st say that the level of customer service in the drive thru is always pleasant. However, it’s the kitchen that doesn’t get it right. I LOVE BACON! I love the snakin bacon. This is the only location who cheats me out of my pieces and may even sometimes be cold. I have mentioned to them that the menu states that it should be 8 pieces but they short me every time. Simple 2 minute meeting would cure this. Location needs retraining on quantities.

According to the website and the hours posted on the drive thru speaker, the drive thru hours read 4a-7p. I got here 4:30a and there’s no sign of people in the building… If no one can work this early change you hours of operation so your customers don’t waste their time.

I walked from my hotel to this location and while walking up I seen several police officers sitting in, but when I tried to open the doors they were locked and the lady working there signaled me to go around. The website says you’re open so, i’m very confused as to why they were able to be seated and not me.

This location made the best Avocado Toast I’ve had at any Dunkin Donuts, and the tea and egg sandwich were delicious BUT the best and most refreshing part of this visit was the customer service. So many businesses today are lacking in customer service and make the shopping experience unbearable, including most Dunkin Donuts, however, this store today had the most friendly and professional young lady taking orders. Her name was Britney. She needs to be cloned. She should be the Regional Director of all the Dunkin Donuts and should train all the employees on customer service. She was a breath of fresh air and made our experience so wonderful. She really brightened our day, fulfilled our taste buds with good food and quenched our thirst with an amazing Matcha Tea!

This new Dunking Donut spot was disappointing. Service was super slow for a new opening and the drive thru is super tight. An SUV cannot easily drive thru there and a bigger car will definitely not make it. You can see dents that cars have already made trying to get through. Do not go there if you have a big car or SVU. The location is not ideal either, it’s on a corner of Oak Ridge and S. orange Blossom Trail but exit is not accessible on both ends. They need more staff training too while they’re at it.

I’m giving a 2 just because the lady working at the front was so nice I would rate her a 5 if I could older puertorican Rican lady. But anyway I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and literally had to wait like 45 minutes for my food because the guy dropped all my food on the ground and they had to remake it and instead of trying to remake it quick they kept worrying about everyone else’s food instead. I had to ask 3 times for my food and they just kept saying it’s coming it’s coming and then the last time they were like what was it? Oh yeah. They never even started making it even though they kept saying it’s coming and then one of the sandwiches was burnt but I didn’t say anything because then it would have taken about another 45 minutes or longer.

The Manager is very Nasty n Unprofessional and need to be FIRE. Very rude and nasty and said she doesn’t care. Why let someone like that work for your company Pull tape and review it.
