Well, this was definitely a great lunch to end my drive to Keene. An absolute gem! Saw that they specialize in sausages and it was such a gorgeous day, I’d give it a try. First, let me rave about the fries. They were cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of salt. And the Mae Ploy ketchup matched up phenomenally with it. That was a revelation moment.

Salt and Lime catered my wedding and it was truly fantastic! Isaac was responsive through the wedding planning and extremely flexible on changes needing to be made. My guest all raved about the food! Even with 120 guests the food came out quickly and everyone was happy. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

This is my absolute favorite place in the area to get lunch. I’ve been here a couple dozen times at least and every single time the food is fresh, filling and so, so good! I know they do a lot of private events, but if this place was open more often I’d be broke.

Chef Isaac’s Mott sausage with pickled veggies, crispy noodles and spicy sweet chili sauce was fantastic. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Italian sausage with sweet spicy mustard. The fries were hot, crispy and delicious with sweet chili ketchup.

Salt & Lime has become my go-to for a weekday lunch. The menu is limited (as you would expect with a food truck), but everything I’ve had has been absolutely delicious. The ingredients are all fresh and locally sourced, and the quality is truly excellent. The street fries in particular are fantastic (any and all forms of them… regular, Pad Thai, or whatever special he happens to be offering on a given day).
