Drove by to get Popeyes and it was really dark, couldn’t see the menu. Then I get a rude, straight to the point sarcastic girl taking my order! She had no patience and just wanted us out of the drive thru! This was on Sunday, June 18, 8:30pm. Chicken taste like they cooked it in 2 day old oil. She was a heavy set Hispanic girl. She may have been a supervisor because she was wearing different clothes than the nice girl that handed us our food. Heavy set girl needs more customer service training and be nicer to customers! Bad experience! Not coming back again! Going to church’s chicken from now on……

Went to this location yesterday 3/27/22 at about 10:40 am. I arrived home only to find a massive piece of hair protruding out of my sandwich. The hair was completely entwined with the pickles in my sandwich. Completely disgusting and disappointed. It is obvious that hair nets/ sanitation is not the primary concern with this location.

The light sign said DRIVE THROUGH OPEN and it was on. The location said closed at 10:30 same on Google. Got there at 10:00 I waited for 10 minutes and there was another car in front of me, and nobody took my order or the car in front, got to the window the workers were there just laughing, they didn’t even get closer to the window to say they were closed or something as you can see in the picture… I left and the open sign was still on… Luckily Subway was open

Went tonight 3/19/23 to buy the tender & shrimp combo with 2 sides and when we got home the chicken was cold. The 1/4 was not inside the bag. Overall, very disappointed.
