I’m fairly sure when you inform the barista that they made your drink incorrectly rolling your eyes at the customer isn’t appropriate. Especially when it clearly stated on the cup no whip or sprinkles. Secondly, the wait time here is also absolutely absurd. You should have at least 4 staffers making drinks for the volume of customers you have.

We are vegan & they have ways to make the coffees vegan. The trouble is, there is WAY too much sugar in it. I have to stay away from drinking them anymore, as I was diagnosed with cancer & sugar is the main thing cancer eats on. Their coffees are DELICIOUS, don’t get me wrong. Just not for me, anymore.
