The food here is very good and honestly not too expensive. One thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was their Barbacoa tacos. They were very fatty and overall didn’t have the most flavor to them. The Carnitas however, were really good and would definitely recommend those. The entire building was packed so you can tell it’s a popular spot.

We’ve been looking for a great Mexican restaurant in College Station and I think La Perlita is the place! The waiter was friendly and attentive up until the last 30 minutes or so. We saw he was very busy cleaning and all though so we didn’t so much mind. The food was excellent! Everything had great flavor. I for the enchiladas verdes which was nice and cheesy with a hint of spice. My wife got the chicken burrito which was absolutely massive. She said she wished the rice was on the side because it was a lot. My kids got the chicken nuggets and burger and had no complaints. We also started with the queso which was yummy as you’d expect. The salsa’s have great flavor and spice. We will be back!

The food is always delicious; I get the nachos and my husband gets the beef fajita tacos. It is the closest to actual Mexican food that we’ve found in town. There is a drive-through, which is super convenient. You can order ahead and pick up too. If you order to-go, the food is usually ready to go in 10 minutes. Their lemonade is the best. Just all around great place to eat.

Chips and salsa were really good (and unique). Ordered the Fajita Quesadilla, which was fairly good, but the plate was served with ICE COLD beans and rice (as well as the other plate at the table). Server did not seem like she wanted to be there; quite inattentive (had to be asked twice for more chips/salsa, the second time waving her down from across the room as she stood for 2-3 minutes in the kitchen), and lacking in listening skills (asked for water, no lemon, and got water with a lime… is that even a thing? Also only brought one set of replacement beans/rice). Probably not going to return, considering the ample number of alternatives.

I was craving street taco so decided to give this place a try. I got three different street tacos and got my daughter the cheese enchiladas plate. All the food was good except for the carnitas taco, it was really dry. but they didn’t bring me limes with my street tacos or any salsa. I had to ask for limes and when I asked for green salsa he never brought me any. I also never got a refill

Flavorful food with great customer service! The staff are very welcoming and provided me excellent service during my entire time there. I am no taco expert but the tacos I had were delicious and tender! The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be coming here more often.

Fantastic street tacos. The carnitas are the best meat here for sure. The staff is always friendly. My one “complaint” is that the tacos are always super juicy and the napkins are so small, I feel like I go through a whole stack of them just after each taco.

First visit. I ordered TAPAS STYLE…Had alot of CHOICES!! TRPITAS. GET THEM CRISPY!! EVERYTHING is diced small to perfection!! Cesar was on his game, making sure all was perfect! Barbacoa isn’t greasy. Come to think..nothing was, compared to all the other joints in town. I am asking for an add on to menu….saopapillas!
