My husband and I visited there for lunch while passing through. We looked at the terrible reviews, but decided to try it ourselves. So glad we did! It was one of the best we’ve eaten at. The wings were cooked perfect and lots of sauce. And the fries were great! Oh and the restaurant was clean and the service was very good.

The plainest no flavor wings I have ever had. Order garlic parmesan and got buttered wings with cheap canned parmesan sprinkled on them. No flavor if it wasn’t for the ranch dressing. Wing was nasty and brown. Fries weren’t any better, soggy no flavor.

I never had a problem with this location until today. I tried to put a phone order in and the employee would answer the phone and then hang up without saying anything, several times this happened. I placed the order online and when I went to pick up the order, the two teen employees were sitting at a table eating and watching t.v., my order wasn’t ready. To top it off, the floor was filthy and there were used gloves as well as other trash left by the lids for drinks. Once I got home, the food was inedible and had to go pick something else up for dinner.

I work doordash and this is by far the worst store experience I’ve had anywhere picking up someone’s order. Employees and managers just sitting down eating in an empty store letting orders rolls in not even starting them until you walk in.

Grease soaked through the bag and there was an inch of oil in the tenders container. The food tasted like the grease was very old also. I honestly thought maybe they were mad at me for some reason and did it on purpose. I can’t imagine how that much grease could have ended up in the containers on accident.

The girl with her entire bra out behind the counter is rude and doesn’t understand customer service whatsoever. It’s almost funny how terrible this wing stop is. Having your family leave 5 star reviews isn’t going to magically improve your customer service.

Ordered delivery, didn’t get any of the extra sides I paid for and only got half the wings I ordered. The sauces weren’t even right. Called and got hung up on and then told to call back tomorrow for a refund. I’m NEVER coming back to this location except to get my money back!

Called us a lier because they took the order wrong, when I got new order the chicken was raw!!! 2 other customers came in with problems. Employees using curse words and complaining the whole time!
