I have placed multiple online orders with the store located in the Winn Dixie plaza on Ponce De Leon (US 1) in St. Augustine Fl., as I only live 10 minutes from the store. I’ve not had a problem when picking up my order, when placed online. I’ve not had a problem with my order being delivered, when placed online and paying with my card. However, of the past three times I have ordered from this location online, and wanted to pay with cash, my pizza was over an hour late two times, and the most recent time, my order never arrived.

Warning. According to them they do not deliver anywhere in downtown. Doesn’t make sense since they are nearby but whatever. Knowing they couldn’t deliver to me they still took my order and charged my debit card over the phone. After waiting an hour I called back and someone new answered and confirmed they couldn’t deliver and that I would be refunded. Worst part is I ordered at 12:30AM and called them back by 1:30, I work overnights. Now it’s too late to order food anywhere else. Guess I’ll just drink a lot of water tonight and gulp air for the rest of my 10 hour shift. Thanks Domino’s.

06/27/2023 approx 5pm order time. The manager and their associates committed fraud on their 2 Minute Carside Delivery Guarantee. They stopped the clock at around a 1 min 30 seconds and come out without the order we placed. Again they STOPPED THE CLOCK! The associate explained that one of the pizzas was stuck pizza oven and had to remake it. When we arrived at the curbside the app said the order was boxed and ready. The second pizza was about have burnt around the edges too.

Got to our hotel kinda late, so just decided to order delivery. Ordered a medium pizza & stuffed cheesy bread. They had it to our room in about 20-25 minutes. The food was good, & the delivery girl was really nice.

Just spent over 15 minutes trying to place a delivery order for a single pizza, wings, and garlic knots. ‘George’ the automated order taker didn’t understand what an ‘all meats’ or ‘meat lover’ pizza is, so I was dropped from automated system and went to a Call Center (in Philippines I assume) and after several minutes going through my order, was disconnected. Oh well no pizza for me tonight.

Our pizza was poorly cut and the stuffed breadsticks weren’t cut at all and neither the pizza or the breadsticks had seasoning on them so it was quite bland 10/10 never ordering here again.

I tried to place an order for delivery online three times and it kept saying an error had occurred check back soon or contact store…so then I tried to place an order for carryout and it said the same thing …so then I tried to call the store but you have to place your order with an automated system and I couldn’t apply a coupon that way so I decided to just drive to the store and order. Halfway to the store my online carryout order went through…so when my order was ready I proceeded inside the store and gave my name…I then politely and calmly explained that I tried placing my order online five times before deciding to drive to the store…I did not get the female employees name so all I can say is that she was a very unpleasant rather Large girl , now before anyone thinks I’m picking because of her weight let me go ahead and say that I myself am large and have recently lost over 50 pounds so it’s not a bullying thing I promise…as a matter of fact she seemed like a bully…She had a VERY RUDE attitude and then proceeded to toss my change into their tip can without even asking….now I don’t care about the change as it was a petty 10¢ …But it’s the way she acted and went about things was totally inappropriate and I have worked in customer service myself fastfood and Walmart so there’s no excuse for her attitude or actions… Clearly she needs to choose a new line of employment. I do hope everyone has a Happy and Blessed New Year and if you go to this domino’s location I hope you don’t have to deal with this RUDE unruly girl.
