Worst place I’ve ever ate. Took forever for our food. My friend and I ordered omelets and the hashbrowns were not cooked and cold. We sent them back and got new ones. And they were raw and not cooked. Never again. And we had coffee and never was asked for a refill..

Very sad to see how Big Boy has went down hill. Salad bar was empty & food was not good quality. I ordered the Italian Slim Jim I could of made a better one at home myself. But our waitress was amazing she did a great job

We went for dinner. The waitress suggested that we not order onion rings as the oil was old and would be changed that night. When we got our food, it came with tomatoes ( which we requested to be held). She apologized and said that she would have it remade. Our second meal came out and that was also made wrong. She asked if she could just give us the missing items on the side. Then the first aandwich came back out. It was the same sandwich which they attempted to remove the tomatoes from instead of remaking. And the fries looked terrible. (We never even got to the other 2 meals we ordered). I requested that we get the check for our drinks and that we didnt want the food. She apologized and stated that we didnt need to pay for the drinks. I insisted that we do as we got 3 shakes. She agreed to this and brought over the bill. She apologized another time and i told her not to worry about it and that things happen. (On a side note, there were 3 tables there other than us, not busy at all). We left the payment on the table AND left a $6 tip because we felt bad. As we were walking out, she stopped us and asked if we were going to pay for the shakes (the ones I insisted on paying for to begin with). I told her it was on the table and left. We will not be returning. Things happen but her attitude at the end was horrible and completely uncalled for. Especially since she was left a $6 tip on a less than $15 bill. We left and went to Applebees down the road where the wait staff was amazing!

After two different visits, I’m not very impressed. The first time was for my birthday in april and I got the spaghetti meal and it didn’t taste the greatest. Everyone else’s food was good. Then my second visit in May for mothers day, I got biscuits n gravy and paid extra for bacon, sausage and eggs. The biscuits n gravy themselves were good. However the bacon was rock hard and burnt, the sausage was dry and didn’t taste right. Both times the waitresses we had didn’t pay any attention at all to us. Second visit wasn’t even offered refills. The chicken tenders my kids got in April were way better looking than the ones in May. Plus the restaurant itself wasn’t the cleanest including the woman bathroom

Thank you, Ms Nola for awesome service. Everything was good & fresh on the buffet because it was busy. I would’ve pulled the sausage & peppers since they were looking very rough instead of just putting fresh stuff on top. That would’ve made it 5 stars!

If I could leave 0 stars I would and that is even being generous. So we stood at the waitress stand for probably 5 minutes while multiple. Waitresses walked by us stared at us and continued walking. And they were not even waiting on other people, just standing around, So when we finally did get a table, It was a while before someone took our order and we had to get up and Find our own silverware. The salad bar was very limited and disgusting. I’m surprised I didn’t get food poisoning from it because it wasn’t cold. The food that was supposed to be hot was ice cold. There was only about 2 other tables in the whole place that had customers. We never got refills, never had anyone coming check on us. . Then when I got the bill there was multiple appetizers and things added on that none of us had. We have given this place multiple chances over the years and it has just gotten worse we will not return

Stopped for fish 2/3/23 at about 6pm. There was no heat! There were 4 waitstaff a couple were really hustling but the other two not so much. The fish was not their usual and not what was pictured in the menu. It was overcooked and not good. They were out of hushpuppies and no substitution was offered they just acted like nothing was missing. We couldn’t even finish our meals. It was a huge disappointment.
